I went in for an oil change on 8-26-24 and drove my car home. The next day I noticed a significant oil leak on my driveway, come to find out they didnt tighten my drain plug at all?♂️?♂️. Hard to go back when they can’t even do the simple things right….

Bought a brand new truck from Bill Estes in Indy back in 2011, it’s been a very good hardworking truck but just last week I started to have transmission trouble, I was terrified and didn’t know what to do or where to take it. I called this nearby dealership and was very glad I did. My truck was in the shop for the whole week, mostly waiting on parts. But in the end Jason the service manager was able to get the work completed after receiving the TCM from G.M.
I won’t go in to all the details but it all turned out for the best. I highly suggest you use this Bill Estes dealership in Lebanon Indiana.
Especially if you want the work done right.

5 star experience! I had the pleasure of working with Robin, she was an absolute joy from start to finish and made the whole process simple! Also very easy to talk to. Helped me leave in a super slick 22 malibu, I would recommend working with Robin!

I took my vehicle to get an oil changed , end up paying over $3k dollars for a job “recommended” to get it done for safety . The job had to be done twice and poorly , both times. I took my vehicle to another local shop and got the job done right . Management stated they will Not take responsibility for the work done . I always supported local business, definitely will not go back to this one .
UPDATE 4-24-24
4 weeks later I still I haven’t receive any feed back from this dealer . I called , to a voice mail. They already have my phone number , email address and home address . If you are offering to amend your mistakes , don’t just say it , so people can see your empty words, but do it !
I live locally and support local business . I had my vehicle fixed the right way at SCOTT’S GARAGE in Lebanon.
