I wont name names but when this review is read to the team they will know who it was.
I went in because one of my phones just died no reason why.
The person looked at for a few seconds tried something and that was it I get it it's dead.
They didnt give me any options at all this is what you need to do and that's all there is.
Came back 20 min later to do something else. I was gonna upgrade my phone and give my old phone to the phone that stopped working.
They didnt have the phone I wanted.
So went to best buy they didn't have the phone either.
Well went to the Florence location.
The lady there was amazing I didn't even know I had insurance on the phone. Everything was taken care of there. I won't go back to Lawrenceburg location I will make the 15 min drive across the river

Absolute joke when in for an upgrade that wasn't supposed to change my plan at all.
And now I have a 3 year contract. Try to get my phone back. Because I didn't like the one I upgraded to and there's a 30 day, grace period where they're supposed to hold your phone so you can do a buyer's remorse return and they turned the phone in before the 30 days. Then give us the run aroand on why they cant do a return. "They can't return the phone Because they sent it back to the warehouse and didn't follow prefer protocol"
Threaten to call the police on me when he got upset.Because they didn't follow proper policy or protocol. My new bill is now 60 more and 207.00 On the device that he traded in which was paid off we have Been a customer for 6 years through this policy In about 5 before on another Policy so 11 year customer. My wife canceled her policy.And after this three year contract I will be canceling mine. Because of russell wireless lawrenceburg and it's employees

Always kind and ready to help. Been with Verizon for 6 years now and never a problem with anything( billing) etc I also enjoy buying online again never a problem. I have had several phones,watches delivered and pretty easy to start all on your own. Keep up the good work

I have been with AT&T for several years and was relatively happy with the service until moving further away from the city last year. Dropped calls left and right but it wasn't enough of an issue to motivate me to change service providers.However, when my phone started having issues other than the dropped calls, I used my Apple Care to get a replacement phone. I forgot they use refurbished phones when going through Apple Care and this "new" phone totally sucked !!!From Day One, the phone had issues and my cell service only got worse and worse. Having bought a business in January of this year, I desperately needed a new phone and was told by multiple people to change to Verizon.Having such limited time with being a new business owner, I literally put off going to Verizon for close to a year until I couldn't take the embarrassment for even one more day of not being able to communicate with employees, clients and suppliers due to my everlasting technical issues!Carter at the Verizon store in Lawrenceburg is the person who went above and beyond to make the switch to Verizon a painless experience (well, for me and my boyfriend it was painless, not sure if that was the case for Carter lol...although he showed nothing but patience and top notch customer service throughout the entire process)!Not only did he help switch everything from AT&T, he also helped us with adding a new line, buying a new phone AND he helped us to establish a Verizon business account for four of our lines. He also stayed well past closing time to help get this done.Huge thank you to Carter (and shout out to Ronald, whom we had met the prior day and had first suggested opening a business account)!!! I am grateful for all of his help and patience in getting this all done tonight. Knowing I needed to do this has been hanging over my head for months...and now that it's done, I feel a huge weight has been lifted...all because of Carter being willing to go above and beyond to take care of us. Added bonus, he has a totally delightful personality, great sense of humor and a keen attention to detail.Cannot recommend the Lawrenceburg Verizon store enough!

I went into store today to add a line. So i get the new girl. Ok well the manager, Kelsey, was there. This is not my 1st time dealing with with this store. Kelsey is not a people person. She is blunt, no courtesy to her tone and this is something that has happened before. So i waited 2 hours + to get a phone. The new girl had never added a line and was having alot of trouble. So Kelsey thinks she fixes the problem and leaves for the nite. Well problem was a long way from being fixed and the other guy was helping her as well as a full store full of people. Then to top that off, i leave town and try to inform my mother that i was on the way with her groceries. Well i pay for her phone so its on my plan. Low and behold, her phone is turned off. Im so over the service at that store. Ill go back to Madison store.i will be contacting corporate in Missouri ASAP. Kelsey needs an attitude adjustment or fired.

Came in to pick up my new iphone 15. Ronald was very kind and helpful and even stayed late to help me get out with my new phone. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks again!

Not a single employee that was working could answer any of my questions ? they kept telling me to call the customer service phone number. ?Then why work for a company if you can not help their customers without passing them off to someone else. Frustrating
