Got me in same day to have 2 tires put on. I purchased the tires online. Alot of places won't put tires on that you purchase somewhere else, but they did. The price was good! Guys were nice.

These thieves replaced my calipers with subpar parts and charged me double when I was on a cross country road trip. Total repairs were $1338.81. The work had to be re-done because the left wheel started to leak oil within a couple days. The store refused to take blame and referred me to corporate. Still waiting for a response from them.I ask anyone how they would feel and what would you do if someone took you for over $1300 ?

Had an appointment for an oil change yesterday. They showed my the 2 air filters and recommended that I replace them. They also let me know that I'll need a battery soon. Nick and his crew are very professional and treat me with respect. Every time I walk in there for any reason they are always eager to help me. I'm definitely a customer for life!

They charge 25 dollars EACH for wipers and then charge $120 to change them!!! Yes. One hundred and twenty dollars.

Took care to get tired plugged, they charge 40 to patch it. Told them about the nail and where and they said we'll get to it. Called an hour later to say it's unrepairable...had the same issue with a different tire, took it to bell tire and the plugged it for free no problem. Then I get back to get keys and waited 10 minutes while TWO people were at the counter, won't say names but I definitely remember who they are
J was on the phone which was understandable but B was not he was rummaging through papers and highlighting and all o needed was my keys...I mean you called me once I answered and was on the way, then called again and texted saying I missed their call..but I already called. Then when N came from the garage I finally got help and my keys and he repeated your tire is unrepairable and I said it's ok thanks anyway and all I got was a yup...not sorry about, or a wish we could help.....won't see my BLACK face there ever again. Literally too it to Belle Tire in Sharonville and got it plugged for free, all tires checked etc. it's not even the outright , saw I was black so demeanors changed instantly look I got when I walked in, it's the lack of customer service PERIOD for me. 0 outta 10 DONT recommend.

We were on a cross country trip when our tire gave out. We didn't know the area, but were sent their way. They took care of it quickly and got us back on the road quicker than I could have hoped for. Thank you!

Went to tire discounters in Lawrenceburg for an oil change and they suggested I need new idler and pitman arm and I knew the steering was loose so I scheduled the appointment. The day after the oil change there was a puddle of oil in my garage. They forgot to tighten the oil filter. ?A few weeks after the steering was fixed, I had shocks installed by someone else and he noticed the idler and pitman arm bolts were very, very loose. See photo. If he hadn’t seen the loose bolts, who knows what would have happened!!!! Called tire discounters and they said “boy, you haven’t had much luck with us”. No apology, just a new alignment. Never again!!!!!
