We have used Rapid Repair multiple times over the last 4 years. Never been disappointed. I usually leave a voice message and they really do get back to us quickly. I know very little about computers, just when there is a problem. Very patient, assess the problem and have fixed any issue we have ever had. We have 2 computers and multiple devices using internet.
