I had an oil change and purchased new wiper blades. It had been a couple weeks and when we had our first rain, I had the first opportunity to use my wiper blades and one of them was bad. I went back to the store and they replaced it with absolutely no hassle. The gentleman was very friendly and very helpful, and I appreciate the quick replacement .
