I can not say enough POSITIVE things about anyone I've encountered. They are friendly, attentive, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Today, specifically, I dealt with Josh, Eugene, and Billy and they did everything they could, including calling technical support, to resolve my issue.
Additionally, while I was there, an elderly woman came in needing help with her phone and they were so kind to her . . . although anytime I've been in the store, they have always been kind.
They are TRULY willing to go the extra mile and treat all customers with the utmost courtesy, which is very much appreciated.”
