Absolutely terrible, rude, and disorganized.I've been to this branch 3 times to pick up temporary plates for a vehicle I've imported per the Branch manager, Donna's, instructions . During visit 1, she said "we need to get this approved, I'll give you a call". 2 days later she called, I went to the branch, and sat for an hour while they tried to print my plates. I was told that if I came back later that afternoon, they'd have the issue resolved. After I arrived for the third time, I sat for another hour while they poked at the computer, asked me 16 times for the make and model of the vehicle, then I left empty-handed because they couldn't print the plates. I ended up needing to reach out to the main office, which has thus far been even more useless.At a previous visit regarding a different vehicle I told Donna I needed a duplicate title for a car of mine. Her response, verbatim, was "why?". The obvious answer was "because it's my car", but I politely answered that I was selling the vehicle.I hate visiting this branch. I've heard some worse horror stories than my own, including that of a local woman who was told by the staff at this branch that she would need to pay off her car before transferring her registration from another state. Employees here are lethargic and obviously have 0 oversight.

This is a government office, so I didn't have high hopes for it. I went on a Saturday since I needed to retake the written test because my out of state license had expired and was pleased. It was busy, but they moved everyone through very quickly. I couldn't get my license because of some guidelines from HLS, but the staff was nice about it and very apologetic.My only complaint is I thought they'd call me back to do the written test, so I waited about 5 minutes before I realized I could just go sit at an open computer. It's just something they should have said directly.

Have patience with the people working there, they certainly do. Not every transaction is easy and they work hard to make it all come together.

Very efficient. I had to go 2 times in a week for ID's for my children. Both times the wait was very small. They are quick and on point. It didn't take long at all and overall we were very satisfied with our service!
