Beware of this company you call and they show up in a pickup truck with no company name and barley any tools to perform a road side repair lucky I had a jack that they could use to jack my car up than wanted to charge me 100 dollars after waiting 2 hrs and no tools I don't think this company licensed for this kinda work please Beware. I will check with indiana BBB after this experience if am fake post your trucks and your service trucks I looked on indiana Dot in which u have no current insurance to do this kinda work that u have listed sirService: Tire change

My boyfriends boat trailer blew a hub. We needed to tow about 15 minutes away but the man on the phone said he could fix it for less, we agreed! We were stoked and were told they would be there in 35 to 45 minutes. They arrived 5 hours later, NO EXAGGERATION. The guy arrived with his family??? and left after forgetting a part needed to fix the trailer. After returning, with no family and another guy, they had to return back to the shop again to get ANOTHER part. When this happened, he proceeded to tell us he would only charge us for parts. Once they finished fixing the trailer, 9 hours after first calling for service, they charged us for much more than parts. Don't tell your customers they will only have to pay for parts and then charge them for labor too after waiting HOURS. Yes, they helped us in the end, but I wouldn't recommend or call them again due to this experience. If they had only charged us for parts, as he stated he would, we would've left much happier. Don't lie to your customers. Be transparent about the price upfront. Don't make up excuses as to why it took you so long to come to our aid. In the end, we appreciated the help, but don't appreciate the straight up dishonesty regarding pricing and going back on your word. Also, the 5 hour wait with BS excuses plus 4 hours of going back to the shop and making repairs when it should've taken an hour max if they had come prepared.
