Sales scam : "in order to get financed, Chrysler credit requires you purchase an extended warranty". (THIS IS A SCAM)
Warranty scam: Transmission clunking, "THAT'S HOW THE 9 SPEED TRANSMISSIONS WORK, ITLL BE FINE" as told by service manager.
Paid for the extended warranty, dropped the avn off for a week, they never worked on it and said the old, "We couldn't replicate the issue, bring it back if it does it again" SCAM.
Google shows it is a computer issue KNOWN TO CHRYSLER. Odd, it's known yet couldn't be replicated.
SUMMARY: They scammed me out of 3k.

I would not recommend buying anything a non Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram here. I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla from here and should have bought a brand new Toyota Corolla from a Toyota dealership. I was sold on the extended warranty (3rd Party) thinking it made sense.
It turned out that Jeff Wyler can't or won't do most of the repairs covered, which was NOT explained. You have to farm it out yourself because of this. I had some minor work done (At Jeff Wyler) to my vehicle shortly after buying it. Some time later my whole dashboard lit up with every sensor warning, literally. I took it to the dealership to have it checked out and guess what? The sensor was not covered.
I took it to Joseph Toyota in Colerain and they asked me if some work had been done to my vehicle and I answered affirmatively. They explained that my sensor was stripped (more than likely by whomever done the work on it) and water was hitting it which caused it to fault out. This cost me over $600 out of pocket, not to mention having to take off work and arrange a ride for me.
I emailed the team at Jeff Wyler explaining my dissatisfaction with the B.S. warranty and the shoddy work done to my vehicle which I had done over the phone and in person as well. They either just humor you and tell you what you want to hear or don't give you an answer. I asked for my warranty to be nullified and paid the money back and never heard ANY response whatsoever.
Multiple people were on the email, so they received it and just chose to not respond. The sales team are nice and try to help but that's about all of the positives I can say about it. I would NOT recommend buying outside of the dealership brand (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram). I can only speak to my experience buying a Toyota from there. For what I paid, I could have bought a brand new Toyota within $1000.00 of the total price.
