Kayla was unprofessional, over charged(and now won’t deal with clearing it up Ecco through email), and my hair is a wreck! My employer even commented how terrible my hair looks and told me to have it fixed for my professional image. Now I have to spend more money and damage my hair further to rectify what her incompetence caused. Never use this salon or Kayla again… buyer beware! ?

We stopped by twice and an hour later people are knocking on the door while someone is inside. They said 11 and they didn't let anyone in at nearly 1pm. They just stood there while at least 3 customers were outside leaving. Oh and don't say we didn't receive service here so we can't be critical. No duh we didn't, you wouldn't let anyone in the area.
