Thank you to Jen, very nice an helpful with getting my dad a new phone and everything switched over from his old one! Amy wasn't there today but she usually is the one who takes care of me. Both very nice an helpful makes going in there less stressful. They both try to make it the cheapest they can as well. Thanks ladies ❤️.

Had to get our grand daughter a new phone and I have to say we had the BEST customer service from Amy!!! She went above and beyond helping us get a upgrade on a new phone. I highly recommend her!!! She needs a raise!!

I showed up at the Lawrenceburg Cricket 15 minutes before closing, after my wife and I had just spent two days dealing with the worst customer service I had ever experienced. I told Amy that I knew they were closing shortly and would not be upset if they preferred I come back tomorrow. Amy said simply, I will be happy to help! Already this is a better experience I just came from. Amy was patient kind and answered all my questions. She never seemed rushed or upset to be there so late! Thank you so much Amy, for the fantastic customer service! You went above and beyond, and know it is truly appreciated!!!!

Went in to get me a new phone. Amy was such a great help at telling me what phone to get. She was super nice and helpful, she has great customer service. And the guy Rolando that was with her was really nice and helpful to. You two are great thank you so much for all your help.
