It was great having the person at the front counter named Jen attend me to activate my phone. I just couldn’t get over the fact why the Spanish woman there was screaming Portuguese the whole time I was there. I mean, why would you put somebody on speaker and chat Portuguese the whole time you’re waiting? 👏🤷
