I had them change my serpentine belt, because I didn't want to do it. He was fast and honest on his pricing, he was able to get it fixed ahead of time. He's one of the few mechanics that showed me the old part, he's my first choice for mechanical jobs I don't myself and if he can't he'll point in the right direction.

Took my car in for brake replacement. Had my own brakes and rotors...just wanted them replacement and to make sure all worked and was good once put on, like any shop should do. Got the car back after they did them at an extremely hefty price way more than anyone else would charge for labor. Our fault we did not get a quote would never do that again. The brakes have been screwed up ever since getting car back. Do not handle well at all, completely screwed up. Took car back in and were told we were nuts had him drive it again then all the sudden now its the calibers---yeah we have checked those...he screwed up the brakes...also while car was there he broke the emergency brake..it was fine before going into bright automotive did not work coming out. Poor Service and horrible when speaking to customers. very condescending and treats customers like they are idiots. Do not recommend

Took my car in for simple brake replacement. Took my own parts and ask them to put on parts and make sure all worked well. Got car back. Brakes were screwed up. Was charged a fortune and my emergency brake was broken. When tried to get resolved was basically told we were insane and spoken to very bad. Poor customer service. Bad business. would not recommend

I’ve been using Bright Auto for 6 yrs now. I have an older car that continues to run well due to the expertise of the services provided by this business. Most recently during an overall ck on my car & an oil change they found my front axle was worn out. I had them replace it. They never pressure you into repairs, rather diagnose the problem, then let you decide on what to do. My little car would not still be riding the highways if not for these knowledgeable mechanics. Bob & Mark are both respectful & take the time to explain the problem found. Before moving to Bright I took my car to other shops (well known names I won’t mention). If I had listened to the info I was given I would have invested more money than needed in my car, at that time. Since all of my family from Bright go to Mark & Bob, I took my car to them. Thank goodness I did! My car did not require the repairs I was told it did. As long as this business is up & running, so will my car. I honestly would not trust my car with anyone but them. They are honest & so are their prices.Services: Oil change
