Returned starter for core charge and it wasn't applied back to my card so I had to go in a second time to get it straightened out so I will not go back there again ?

I called customer service in the morning asking if I could do a cash return on an ordered item and they confirmed I could because I used debit instead of credit, I then called the store manager to make sure this was true and Jack was so nice. I returned the item a few hours later after being told to wait until they had enough cash on hand just to be met with them going through and putting it on my card after I specifically asked them not to.

I came in late last night with issues of my car starting I asked to have my battery tested the man that helped me I’m unsure of his name but he noticed my terminal was loose so he went back in and got tools to tighten it and that did the trick he was very nice, helpful, and informative. I am very thankful and appreciative!
