Terrible hair cut, wanted 5" cutoff & booked for a wash. This young girl with real long nails, just wet the ends of my hair then cut 1" inch off my hair. Asked for layers and got none. She had trouble cuz her nails were so long. Terrible experience! When I made the appt I asked for a person with experience & was told the mgr over sees all work. Never saw the mgr

I don't even know if the same girl is there any more, she was doing microblading. Awful awful job. She has cost me so much money for eyebrow removal and not to mention the embarrassment. I hope she got fired.

I can't say I really got what I asked for but I'm not mad at it my daughter trim and layering came out ok as well. Everybody was super nice I would come back once I find me a stylist I can go to everytime.
