My husband and I both had delicious meals. He had the American Graffiti burger, and I had the Pontiac burger. We were very pleased we were allowed to substitute broccoli for the fries. The menu is very interesting; we look forward to trying other items in the future.

The decor of 4 Speed on 50's Diner is definitely the star. That said, the food was pretty good, too.We arrived on a Friday at 12:30 and the place was hopping! We had to wait for a table and ended up in the corner booth. It was a cool place to sit, but it was a little tight for six with the seventh person using a chair on the end. The place cleared out a bit by the time we left, which was around 2:00 - 2:30. I think if you don't have a big group, you can get a seat without too much of a wait. Our waitress, Missy, was fantastic. She knew about the food, she was relaxed and fun, but not overwhelmingly so. Her service was perfect. I was super glad she took care of us, which was no small feat since there was seven of us.I'll only speak to my food. I ordered the special. Given it was the week before Thanksgiving, the special was a once-a-year option and I needed to try it.The special was a turkey, stuffing, cranberry aioli, arugula and havarti sandwich on Texas toast. It was served with gravy for dipping and came with a side. I opted for broccoli, which seemed like a fitting side for a Thanksgiving meal. It was a LOT of food, but it was good. The aioli was a little off-putting at first, but it soon started to make sense and felt right. Dipping it into the gravy was difficult (until some of the sandwich was gone), but delicious. The broccoli was great. It was generally steamed and had just a touch of butter on it. The broccoli was perfect. Will we return? Probably not, but that's just because between us and the diner there's a 30 minute drive. The food was good, but.. well, you get it. That said, if you live in Lawrenceburg, you should definitely check it out. There is also a gift shop and a car museum somewhere in close proximity. We didn't check them out.

It's a new restaurant, so I forgive things like slow service when they are slammed with customers. It's a fantastic concept, but our experience for breakfast didn't end with us making plans for our next visit. The first thing that jumped out to me was that when we were seated at the counter, there was no room for a server behind the counter. This was not well thought out. When the counter is full, the servers have a hard time taking orders without squeezing between customers or blocking the aisle. Don't think there is any way to fix this now.My wife ordered the build your own omelet, which works great for her food sensitivities. But after ordering no cheese, the omelet came with cheese and had to be sent back. Since we were seated at the counter, the cook told her he was excited and was just in a routine, putting cheese on all the omelets. So the second omelet didn't have cheese, but it was missing the bacon she had ordered. She was happy to have an omelet with no cheese and said the vegetables were very flavorful. She also liked the variety of fruit she received as her side.I ordered the sampler, which is a strange name for a standard breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, meat, and toast. My issues are with the chef's choice to serve only Texas toast and, basically, french fries as a breakfast potato. I don't think of a diner serving fast food. But the potatoes I received could easily have been picked up at a carryout window. It's disappointing at best. Slice some fresh potatoes and onions and cook up some good home fries. Then I'll come back for breakfast. The eggs were very good, but that's not enough. We'll try lunch and see if there is anything unique that is offered. It would be nice to have something different in this unique building.Updated 11/13/23: Finally got back to try lunch. My wife ordered the chicken salad club and I ordered the Peggy Sue melt. My wife really enjoyed the chicken salad club. The Peggy Sue melt was good, but I would order it with just two pieces of bread instead of 3 if I ordered it again. Just too much bread for me. The prices seemed a bit high for lunch, but the amount of food was probably proportionate to price. The sandwiches were on big pieces of toast. We will not be going back for breakfast unless a change in the menu is made, but we will try lunch again.

We wanted to check it out. It was super clean and cute, but that is where it ended. Our server took our food order and that was it for the most part. It sat in the window until cold and someone else dropped it off. The food was okay but the service was not. We were never given refills, no one checked on us, we were missing items and then 45 mins later our shakes were dropped off. The server told us the 2 shakes we ordered were "complicated", luckily she discounted them by 50% since they were not exactly what we ordered. We would have left long before that but we're held hostage waiting for someone to check on us or to drop off our checks. I likely will not be back. Sorry guys.

Very cool place, authentic diner feel, great service from our server Nina, and delicious food! We got right in for dinner and service was quick. The shakes were very impressive! We can't wait to try it out for breakfast!

Went to the Diner today. Service was great and our server E gave great recommendations. I had the patty melt extra sauce and cup of chili. and Terri had the pot roast. Had a shake too. All very good.

Nice waitress. Very noisy. Bad tasting water. Eggs Benedict is NOT Eggs Benedict, should not call it that. Hollandaise sauce had zero flavor.

This place is really cute, with all the 50's theming. The downside is, while the music is fun, it is way to loud, very difficult to have a conversation, considering the demographic it appeals to, you might want to turn it down. The food was, well, meh. I got vegetarian eggs benedict. Specifically asked if muffins were toasted and our server wasn't sure but said she would request that. The plate looked appealing, but the muffin was not toasted and made it very difficult to cut through. The tomato was not ripe, so had no taste. I removed it. Pretty much at the spinach, egg and avocado. I did tell the server the muffin wasn't toasted, she said she was sorry but she asked them to toast it.We will try it again, I hope once the kinks get ironed out this could be our new breakfast spot. For now I will stick with Stateline Diner.

The hostess and wait staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is visible and everything I saw popping up on the counter looked great. The omelette was stuffed full of delicious thick cut bacon, goetta, veggies and cheese. The mini hash browns were shaped like waffles and were a nice change form the regular hash browns or home fries you normally get with breakfast. There's a QR code to scan and pay but they will also take your card to run it for you. 4 stars instead of 5 due to about $3 more for a meal compared to other breakfast spots around town.

Mark and the morning lady are always attentive and courteous and anxious to help with checking the air in my tires keeping the windshield wash buckets full. Try cleaning your Windows at the marathon on Ludlow Hill. They don't even have squeegees. Good customer service is hard to find. I gas up here regularly.
