CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this car insurance agency. This Young America took FULL ADVANTAGE of an individual coming in that has been trying to get his license back. Debited funds from their account without permission, staying that they would have to have a debit card on file (that the agency would NOT collect from) I'm order to be qualified for FULL COVERAGE. The account wasn't even outstanding, knowing that the customer wanted to pay cash according to their SSI payments. If you get into an accident, while using their company, NO MATTER that you've paid your premium, this insurance agency WILL NOT HONOR what Young America Insurance Policy states. CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE. THEIR RIPPING FOLKS OFF. This agency's Rep. admitted to scamming folks out of their money for decent car insurance that's required by law. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS NOT A JOKE OR AN INDIVIDUAL THAT IS SEEKING ATTENTION & IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF PAYING THEIR BILLS. This company is taking FULL advantage of folks whom is not privy to the laws of the state of INDIANA regarding coverage. If your dealing with this agency, DO NOT HESITATE TO AUDIO RECORD YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THESE FOLKS, AS YOU'LL 1 DAY NEED IT IF YOU GET INTO A "FENDER/BENDER"! This with ALL SINCERITY.

One star you get what you pay for. It’s 2021 and you literally have to go to their location for everything. This company has no over the phone service no online service even in a pandemic. I wouldn’t recommend unless you live close by to a location and don’t mind going to that location just to update simple information like a new card for payment. And they are always packed and only have one or two employees working so you will wait forever for something simple. You might get covid just trying to make a payment.

Why is there literally ONE associate in the building? Phone line is backed up, the building is backed up. Place is unprofessional. Haven’t updated business hours if you supposedly close at 6 why does your sign says 7PM and also the website?

Garbage they added my girl friends ex-husband and took 200 out of my account I stopped them from being able to withdrawal out of my account got in a wreck they said that my insurance policy was lapsed and wouldn't cover my wreck
