“This place is literally a slice of heaven! A parent’s dream come true! I love this place and the peaceful, loving, and educational environment they provide for my child. The safe space, locked doors, and closed in play area gives me strong comfort as a mother. My son has evolved and learned so much since enrolling in this academy. Before we can to this daycare my son hated daycare! He would kick, scream, and cry upon arrival. He would even scream “NO SCHOOL!” I was uncomfortable with the lack of nourishment and education and immediately withdrew my son. I now have to pry my son out of school! He kicks and screams when it's time to go he loves his classmates and teachers! Mrs. Ashanti is the fairy God mother of the daycare also known as the owner. Her affordable prices, structure, curriculum are unique and one of a kind. I could write a book about how amazing this daycare is. Ms. Letty is such an amazing and patient teacher. She was made for this and I love leaving my son in her care. That's not even the half of it! They have a phenomenal extraordinary app that allows me to communicate all day with my son's teacher. I feel like I'm there with him. I get a daily agenda that includes my son's daily meals, diaper changes, naps, and pictures of what he's eating and learning. Mrs. Ashanti comforts all of my worries as a parent and I thank God I found her. Thank you for welcoming my son and I. Thank you for being apart of our village. We love and appreciate all of your help and love!”

My daughter was there from 2 and a half until she went on to kindergarten and wants to go back lol! Very family oriented and they love and nurture every child that walks in the door. Kiddie Academy is always doing new and exciting activities that involve the children. I feel that my child is loved and safe. “My family has been apart of Teddy Bear for 12 years, we absolutely LOVE this center! The teachers care and have curriculum based daily activities. My daughter loves coming! The owner goes above and beyond to give the kids experiences and core memories for the kids and their families while they are there. I’ve come in plenty of times and notice the care being given, even when redirecting kids or calming a child down if they are having a hard time, it’s nice to see. You’re not just another family there, they actually take the time to know each family and support each of them. The teachers are knowledgeable about milestones and development - and give us ideas on ways to be more involved at home. “The people at the front desk when you enter the Benjamin Harrison YMCA are so friendly and happy to see you. The instructors for the water and gym classes are knowledgeable and upbeat and there is always someone in the area where the cardio and strength equipment is to help you. It's the employees at the Y that make it a great place to work out!”

“I can not say enough kind words about The Play School. It is hands down one of the best daycares you could send your child to. The Owners and Directors are heavily involved and supportive of both the teachers and students, I’ve been to multiple childcare facilities and have yet to find one that is as supportive, kind and caring as the Play School. They truly go above and beyond to make sure the teachers and students are happy. The owner and Director (and all of the staff and teachers) take allergies very seriously, and place the childs safety at the forefront of all their decision making regarding their operations. “Our children have attended Leaf Spring since they were infants. As we approach the time they will be "graduating," we look back on our time there with a lot of appreciation for how they helped mold our children. Their facility is clean, orderly, and top notch. The little extra things they do to help families (an onsite chef and nurse) are not little at all, but extremely impactful and helpful to us as parents. They have instilled in our kids a love for learning from the time they were barely old enough to talk. There has always been clear communication from the staff and owner. I appreciate how seriously they take the responsibility of caring for and educating our boys. They do not step on the parents toes in anyway, but they seek to come along side families to see the children become successful.
