“The check-in process within the store was a little time consuming as there were many renters in line that had not yet made reservations. It was aggravating to have to wait behind them in line when I already had a reservation. I was not completely comfortable with the "online" self check-in as I know that someone from U-Haul has to come out and verify connection with operable brake lights and turn signals. The trailer was brand new. It had improved connection components and it only took 5 minutes to connect it to my trailer and I was on my way. Return was easy as well, I was able to remove it myself and leave it for check-in the next day.”

“I went into this location yesterday and received great service. I didn't know which towbar I needed or how to mount it properly for when I need it next month. The young man who assisted me gave me great service. Management was available for additional and follow up questions as well. So sorry I didn't get either of their names.”

Amy, John, and Dwayne have been great to work with and have gone the extra mile to ensure we have been happy with their service. When we were concerned about a leak in our system, John came out and checked our system from tank to appliances and all points in between to ensure all systems were in good order.
