“Love this pharmacy. Yes they're slammed busy, so is every retail pharm in America. But this pharmacy treats me like a human. As a caregiver for others, they do their best to get stuff filled when I call ahead so I can pick up the person's stuff. I've called numerous times asking which OTC is right for my sick kiddo with his other conditions or meds and they're always so kind and walk me through finding the right fit so he heals comfortably.”

“Saved me hundreds of dollars a month on my daughter’s prescription over what drug stores were going to charge me after my insurance! Super friendly and helpful staff when I have spoken to them on the phone. Quicker and smoother process than dealing with store front pharmacies these days.”

“For the most part, I love this store. I come here every week to do my grocery shopping, I use mperks, I even have a favorite greeter (hi Jack). I do have a few small issues, though, that prevent me from giving 5 stars. 1) the prices, especially in the produce section, are not always as advertised (for example: the leeks might have a sign that says $2.99 each, but when you go to scan, they are suddenly $3.49 each) 2) the coupons have become less and less useful all the time. They used to send about a dozen coupons based on my shopping habits with a couple of "new for you" coupons to try to get me to spend on other items, now they give maybe 4-6 coupons and those are usually things like "spend an astronomical amount in the ____ section to recieve a small discount" With all that said, I still shop here every week, the prices are still the best I've found, the customer service is great, and shop and scan is so helpful that I'm probably always going to come here.”

“I came in to get some special diaper cream for my baby. She had the WORST diaper rash:( I wasn’t expecting it to be as expensive as it was and told them I would need to come and get it later once I had gotten paid. I explained how bad her rash was, and practically in tears asked if there was anything over the counter I could get her just for the night as she was just in so much pain. They let me take the cream and told me to come back when I had the money to pay them. Over night her rash is almost completely gone. It’s not very often I encounter people this kind anymore and I don’t think they even realize how much mom guilt they cured giving me a little bit of grace. Hopefully my kiddo never needs fancy butt cream again, but if she does I’ll 100% be getting it from them<3”

“We were in town with some friends who had never been to Meijer before for the Great Eclipse of 2024. Being from Michigan and proud to have shopped at Meijer for probably 40 years, I had to introduce or friends to Meijer.

Since the eclipse was still several hours away, we decided we needed some snackery to while away the afternoon, waiting for The Great Darkness. This Meijer was just down the road from hour hotel, so it was easy.

We took great delight in showing Meijer off to our friends from Albuquerque. We walked them through every department. Shoes. Grocery. Deli. Bakery. Pets. Automotive. Hardware. You get the idea. They were rightfully WOW'd by everything.

To the snackery stuffs we went, grabbing a variety pack of chips (mandatorily, Doritos® and Dr Pepper®), some beef jerky, and some nuts.

While we didn't have any staff engagement while we were here, we were glad to see personnel stocking shelves and being very present. If we needed help we wouldn't have had to go very far.

This Meijer layout is what I've come to call the New Generation. Wider aisle and greatly differently arranged than the Meijer of olde. After decades I like to see that Meijer doesn't get stale and frequently updates their locations. I also have to tout the their Frederik's line of food items.

In the unlikely event we find ourselves in Carmel again, I know where there's an awesome Meijer. And our friends from Albuquerque do as well.”

“Market district is my favorite market in Indy! Every time I'm in the Carmel area I make it a point to stop by. They have soooo many fresh food options perfect for a quick lunch. I usually go for the fresh sushi or the salar bar. Prices aren't too bad considering everything is so fresh and high quality!”

“My pharmacist Britlee and my dietitian Jessica- have been an absolute asset to my overall care team! They never fail to advocate for me whenever it is needed. I myself am in Healthcare as an RN and unfortunately this last year has been the most difficult. And when i was put on TPN- earlier this year, i was terrified. But with my team at Option Care I’m never alone and they are always there to listen to my concerns. Due to much hard work from me and my local team and option care team my biggest goal was to be able to get back to working as an RN. And we have been able to achieve just that! But i could not have done it without all the hard work from Britlee and Jessica!! I am still on TPN for the foreseeable future but i know I’m in great hands with option care. I also have had to receive antibiotics from them. And from the transition to hospital to home was flawless. I’m so thankful for OptionCare and could not recommend them enough!!”

“All the pharmacies downtown are terrible except this one, which is great. You can get through the automated system and reach the pharmacy staff quickly. If any issues come up while filling your prescription, they work with you to resolve them. This store has more staff than other pharmacies, so you don’t have to deal with long wait times. Plus, the staff is so nice and friendly. They’ll learn your name after a few visits. I fill my dog’s prescription here, too, and the staff always asks about himThis pharmacy has shorter hours than typical (9am-6pm from M- F, 10-2 on Sat, closed in Sun), which can be annoying if you need a script filled at odd hours. I haven’t found this a major issue (I use a different store if I need something ASAP), but it’s something to be aware of. Other than that, this store is great.”

“The Koger fuel center lets you use your Kroger plus card to get points off of the gasoline prices. They have drinks and snacks plus tobacco products available. The lot is kept clean and it is usually not crowded.The had does well in my car so far. I have learned all gasoline stations are not equal. This seems okay so far.”

“Prior to my eye Dr. prescribing a medication through Willowbrook Pharmacy, I had not heard of the business.I have had many good experiences with Willowbrook. They filled the prescription quickly, delivered it to my door and did so in a timely fashion.When it was time to refill, my insurance allowed a different price. Of course, it was higher.Willowbrook called and discussed with me the best way to dispense the medication so that I could work the cost into my budget.My most recent interaction with Willowbrook was this week. I ran out of medication. I thought I had another month, I did not.Symantha spoke with me about the current cost of the medication. She explained that a number of medications have gone up in cost and she would help me find the best way to dispense the medication.I have mail-in service through my insurance and usually find it the most reasonable. Symantha understood and said she would work with my insurance company and see if they could match my insurance price. If not, she understood and went through all the types of medications available, generic or not. She also explained how the generic was usually prescribed. After talking with her, I decided that I did not want the generic and went on to call the physician for a new prescription.I got a text this morning to call Willowbrook. Sumantha had text and asked for a call back, she was still working on the prescription, wondering if I needed any help with obtaining the prescription and quoted me the current price. It was higher than my mail-in price and she was willing to work with me, but the difference was sizeable.I have trained customer service representatives in the past. Believe me, Symantha is the most caring, informative and responsive representative I have dealt with recently.She went out of her way to explain various things, called back on her own with willingness to help. She has a pleasant voice and a caring personality. Even though I could not use Willowbrook this time, she understood and explained if I had any questions about any future prescriptions to feel free to call. They could be of help.”

“Staff is super friendly and they do try hard to fill orders immediately for illness or urgent needs. Everything else requires a few days to fill. My only complaint is they frequently close the drive thru window which is annoying when I’m not prepared to go inside. They have the best prices on most major drugs. I love the deals with the Extracare card, so you will have to get an Extracare card if you want to take advantage of the deals.
