Called Burrell’s today after 4:00 to have a piano moved inside our home whenever they could do the job. Not only did they answer the phone, but they came over by 5:00 today after their last job. Nice guys and they carefully moved our piano. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and they are based in Fishers.

Burrell did a fantastic job of communicating with me thru the whole process. They were very cautious in moving and setting up my baby grand piano. His helpers were polite and respectful to both me and him. I would definitely rehire Burrell.

I'm horrified and deeply disappointed in the owner's decision to take advantage of an elderly woman with dementia and her daughter, a single mother. We simply needed help for about 3 hours max to move heavy furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment to a new apartment only 2 miles away and less than a 10 min drive w/ traffic.
To be fair, the owner offered a discount because he did not want me to get other moving company quotes. So we had agreed upon up to 3 hours (the usual offering is 4hrs) of help loading, unloading, and transport of heavy and bulky items to the new apartment. The employees didn't even need to take anything complicated apart or put back together such as bed frames as we had already done these tasks in order to save time. 2 days later, moving day came and at some point, less than an hour into loading the truck, my mother got confused and had them stop and take (some of) my bedroom items off the truck.
Unfortunately Mr Burell used this moment to manipulate the situation and claim he *felt* we were wasting their time. I assured him we were on schedule and would absolutely not go over the time we had agreed upon as we were barely an hour into the 3 hour time and the truck was almost fully loaded. I pleaded with him to please have his guys load up my bedroom furniture. He then demanded I pay $125 more. Almost in tears, I reminded him I would tip each worker $50. He nastily demanded I DO NOT tip the employees and to give him over $400 dollars instead which was well over the deal he had offered me. H then added the penalty that he would not unload our stuff until I allowed him to follow me to the ATM and receive cash only, right then and there. Obviously I agreed as I absolutely needed to move our stuff quickly.
To make it explicitly clear, the workers were NOT required to do any unnecessary work, and we did not go over time even with the 20min delay due to Mr. Burell's depressing farce to extract more money out of the situation; we simply asked them to load up the stuff from my room after they had unloaded my deconstructed bedframe due to my mom's confusion.
I'm a single mother struggling to care for my elderly mother ; I had the budget for this move planned out to the very last dollar. I hope he tries to make this right as I am in a financial black hole now for the next 10 days. Mr. Burell's opportunistic lapse in judgement has truly wounded my already weary soul.

Terrence and his two sons are my heroes. I tried to move all of my belongings by myself and couldn't handle it. Terrance and his sons stopped by to help me in between another moving job, to help me move the rest of my belongings. Thank you so much for being such a blessing! They all did a wonderful job helping me pack and move. Terrance gave me an affordable quote that was way less expensive than the other moving companies! Thank you so much Burrell's!! ?

Highly recommend their team! I had two failed delivery attempts on a large and extremely heavy piece of furniture. Not only did he go to the store to look at the piece before confirming, he and one other person were able to successfully deliver. Very happy and highly recommend! We will be using them in the future for all our moving needs.

I needed to downsize from a 3 bedroom 2 bath home into a single room and storage unit. I didn’t even check out the website, I picked up the phone, called and Mr Burrell answered the phone. He listened to my needs and offered fair negotiations. He worked with me to stay within my budget, and when I had a change of plans and needed a larger crew last minute he was able to accommodate me and even came to check out the job with two of his guys to make sure we had the resources to fit the job. He and both of his guys shook my hand and introduced themselves. Burrell left and the two guys got straight to work. They were courteous, efficient and worked quickly. Both smiled, and had no problem modifying their layout to suit my needs. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I would recommend Terrance Burrell and his crew anytime. I will use them again. Thank you so much for making this move quick and painless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mr. Burrell was suggested to me by a few people. I was very pleased with my service. They were very punctual, I actually believe they showed up earlier than expected, totally fine! Originally, I wanted to move my own TVs due to the risk of how fragile they are, but Mr. Burrell took great care of my TVs. Also, I needed my washer and dryer switched out of my new place for my own, a week after I moved. I contacted him and he made the accommodation for me, which I was EXTREMELY grateful for. I’ve never seen anyone move as fast as they did but I also don’t have a lot of stuff. Mr. Burrell is a very nice man and I highly recommend his company for all of your moving needs.

Burrells Moving and Storage helped move my parents out of their condo and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time. They moved boxes and all the furniture with care. All the furniture was wrapped securely. I have no complaints or concerns, they knew what they had to do and did it with no issues. I'll be using them next time.

Burrell's helps me move heavy items in my house when I can't get the job done myself. The consummate professionals, they are timely, efficient, and effective. Importantly, they always pick up the phone when I call and communicate with me about the job. I'll be calling them again in the future.
