“Such great service! My car needed a new battery and I had the day off so I needed it to be replaced today. Went to two other locations and they were wicked expensive or didn't have openings for me. I called O'Reilly's and spoke with a super nice gentleman that told me to let him take a look and he would take care of me. He checked me out and replaced the battery in less than 15 minutes. For an excellent price too. I recommend this place. The gentleman that worked with me WAS EXCELLENT!”
“Highly recommend! The products are consistently reliable and reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly, professional, responsive and clearly know their products. I recently purchased a new car battery online for my late model Honda Accord. The website was easy to use and when I arrived at the store, the battery was ready to go. I took advantage of the installation service for the first time and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The job was completed by Sam. He was quick and he paid attention to every detail to ensure the job was done right. Another employee also helped - and they worked well as a team. “If you stop by here in the day time ask for Eddie. Hes the best one on the team. Gets the job done right. Not to judge but the past few times I've brought parts, the younger associates have totally messed up my order, store transfers and pickups. Just make sure its done right the first time or you'll end up going back for something stupid. Personally I order my parts from Amazon ahead of the maintenance schedule. If it helps I used to be employed at this location. Its best if you come later after 6-7pm. Less of a crowd. And know your year make and model to make it easier on yourself.”
“I love going to OReilly’s, I personally believe they have great quality products for a much more reasonable price as the other box store competitors, but i have to say that there seems to always be this employee that hates life and his job and delivers a miserable experience, definitely not a persistent thing, but if you are unlucky enough you will have to deal with this employee!”

“I like coming here to get gas even though it can be quite busy at times and depending on which direction you’re going it’s hard to get in and out of this location. There are quite a bit of potholes in the road as you come in and come out off of 21st street as well. The pumps are updated and have touchless pay, which is nice, but it would not work for me when I try to use it with Apple Pay.”

“When you pull into their parking lot, their docks are straight ahead to the last. You can pull all the way through to the street Beyond, go left and there is a big lot where you can turn around to make your backing into their spot easier. I was in and out in an hour and a half and it is first come first serve. I was able to use the bathroom facilities as well. Easy people to deal oh, not a bad delivery at all”
“Having will-call order project needs that are ready when I arrive. O'Reilly's parts & and products are far superior and way better quality compared to the majority of their competitors. Spoke to Rob prior to, & and pick up! He was knowledgeable which most times is far, & in between especially with competitors. Store was tidy, everything anyone needs in place. “I literally had to leave a review as soon as I got off the phone with a gentleman name “DEONTE “ at O’Reilly auto parts. I called to see what I needed for a oil change which “ I know nothing about “ I asked what would need and quote for the items. He asked what car I have which I wasn’t sure lol so he was patient enough with me to go to my car and read my registration. But also he gave me the price of the items and recommended some things to make it easier to remember to get. But he answered all my questions was VERY HUMBLE, POLITE & VERY PROFESSIONAL….. I realized I done asked him a thousand questions and being patient etc. I thank him a couple times for it and before we hung up I asked him what was his name and he “ DEONTE “ again thank you so much. People don’t realize no matter what kind of job it is always interacting with people and kindness goes a long way.”

“It is a good store, but the sales rep didn't seem to know how to look up parts from Vin or find our account. I wasn't sure I was getting the correct part and it turned out having to come back to exchange for the right part, of course with a different sales rep. Would be lovely to have gotten my gas money back for his lack of research and cross references. "I think it's this one here." ?”
