Went to replace my son's headlights, not only did Frantz save me over 100.00 bucks he went above and beyond installing the bulbs in the dark. Definitely recommend this location even if it's out of your way. They really care for customers. Thank you again Frantz for your amazing help and professionalism. The young man deserves a bonus or pay raise! He will for sure keep customers coming back.

Belle tire wanted to charge me close to $300 to put in a new battery. Took it to AutoZone and Jonathan, their outstanding customer service person, installed a new battery for me at no cost. My battery was under warranty and Jonathan did a fantastic job that would've taken me a lot longer to do.

Came in store at 7 pm to get get a core deposit refund for fuel injectors I ordered on line
The young man Frantz D was very polite found my order but had to get the mgr on duty “Tre M” to do transaction I’ve been waiting over 30 min for mgr to come & the young man working is horribly overwhelmed with multiple people in line !!
This is the worst I’ve ever seen & I feel bad for Frantz !!
Something need done & Frantz deserves a raise

I just wanted to take a minute and shout out what great customer service Jennie H provided me! She went so far beyond to show me which tools I’d need, how to extract the pieces I would need AND what to do after each process. Pendleton IN Autozone is lucky to have someone like her who makes stressful situations bare able with her confidence, care and humor to solve whatever issue you have. Thank you Pendleton IN Autozone for having such caring staff!
