An old fat lady, very rude. I asked which area to find plastic clips, she looked at me like i was asking something for free ir Stealing from her. Itead she just ignored me and went outside to look at her phone and smoke a cigarette (next to the entrance)

I've been to 20+ different autozone locations and I thought this location being a hub would be the best but I was wrong. I came in to get a part that was put on hold along with 5 other parts which I was told they had several instock. When I arrived I noticed 10+ employees walking around 6 of which were just hanging out on their phone in the back corner. Asked for help and was ignore by all 6 almost like they were stoned. I asked another for help and was told they can't help ask someone else. I then asked the only person at the counter and was told I had to wait she hadn't clocked in yet. Then 4 more came out of the back and just stood staring into space. I'm pretty sure they had 15 employees all stoned out of their minds. So at this point I went to locate parts myself for 40 minutes with no luck. Finally got help and was told the one part on hold was accidentally sent somewhere else. Then the other parts which showed multiple in stock, could not be located anywhere in the store. I also noticed many parts not where they should be in the store. I normally go to autozone in New Pal or Wanamaker and have never had an issue and they only have 2-3 staff at any given time. Not sure how 15 employees can't run a single store. I end up just leaving and ordering parts on Amazon.

Worker I believe name was Rose went above and beyond to get me the right parts a store I went to before got me the wrong part and she caught the mistake had to wait around for manager engila to approve something as she was no where to be found and came back smelling like smoke besides that 10/10 experience !

Ms. Jessica needs to be fired immediately. Very rude girl and made my express bad I will never ever ever buy from store number 672 again and I have a commercial account with AutoZone. With an attitude asked me what she could help me with. I tried to explain that we called in advance to verify the part was available and she argued that she was the only person that she would’ve spoke with and told me I’m not giving her any good information. Gave her personal info and what do u know had my part in 20 seconds. Plus she was yelling at an old man that worked there and cussing all of her other employees out in front of customers like she ran the world. Very rude lady and she needs to be fired for her unprofessional behavior. You lost my business and I bring AZ a lot of money.

I don't give 5 stars very often but this store is consistently helping me achieve my repair goals, keeping all four of my vehicles maintained efficiently. Thanks to all the staff there! I am a long time repeat customer!

I got told my taillights were out, raced to the only open store. Got here 3 mins to closing and the employee was locking the doors as I was parking and waved me off saying they were closed. I’m going to be very upset if I get a ticket on the way to work in the dark in the morning or end up getting in any type of accident. Terrible customer service.

The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. Definitely made me stress less knowing she was competent and friendly. Wish I had got her name but I didn't.
