“I have, unfortunately had many occasions in my life where I’ve needed body repair work on vehicles. I have used Voelkel’s several times now and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always only been for insurance claims and never added anything on to it.
Most recently, I took my Tahoe in after getting rear ended. Light damage, but enough to wanted it fixed. I went ahead and had them remove several dents(father of 5 so it gets abused) and detail a couple spots. I had just recently gone through some fresh lane paint and had some nice yellow on the driver side I couldn’t get off.
When I say they made my lightly abused Tahoe look brand new again, I’m not exaggerating! If I were in the market to sell, this work just raised my resale value a few thousand and cost a fraction of that. I will always add some dent removal and detailing to ANY insurance claim from now on, or just to get it cleaned up back to new.
The level of professionalism at this shop is second to none and I won’t take any of my family’s vehicles anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried!!!

2550 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis“I took my car to Obrien Toyota for 1:30 PM appointment to find out about the malfunction of my rear passenger window. It would not go up. I was received friendly. I waited for the repair estimate. Meanwhile, I walked around the lot just for exercise. When I came in a sales person saw me looking at Crossover and asked me if I was interested.
That day was the first day in 20 years plus that I ever felt discriminated against. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt not heard. I felt bamboozled the way the service rep tried to push not only what I came in for but other things down my throat when I made it clear from the very beginning that I only wanted to deal with the one thing. When I my tone and let him know, I am not going to pay $720 to have my window repaired. I asked him could they just lift the window and make it stay up. He went on to tell me About what they are supposed to do. I ask again can you just lift the window so that I can leave because I’m not spending that kind of money today because I am getting ready to purchase another Toyota . He dropped the estimate that he had in his hand, the paper on the floor and walked out. he returned and told me the window was up. It wasn’t broken and just the control from the driver side left was what was prohibiting the rear passenger window from going up. now this is why I feel the way that I do it.
It changed my mind on using Obrien Toyota as a dealership.”

Shawn went out of his way to try to help me figure out what was going on. He went out to my car and had me turn it on/off, in park, in drive just several things until he said he thought it was the battery. None of the error codes looked like they were indicating anything about the battery. I have a hybrid. He found the battery in the trunk and tested the battery. It was the battery. Thank you to Shawn Noel and AutoZone for giving great customer service! We will continue to support them.”
