I called to see if a technician could help Molly. “No negative comments. My experience was phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Risser's attention to detail and gentle care were what I appreciated most. My previous vet could not get out of the room fast enough. Dr. Risser did not rush his exam. He was gentle with my cat. He was in no hurry to get out of the room. He was happy to answer ALL of my questions and take an extra thorough look after I expressed some concerns. Truly 5 star service! I knew as soon as he walked in that I would like him. My expectations were met and much more. I would go here 100 times over and I have already recruited multiple family members who are doing so as well. Highly recommend taking your furry family members to see Dr. Risser!”

My usual vet had recently moved so I had a new vet Dr. Jen. She was the best, it didn't matter that she was off work by the time their other emergencies were taken care of, she took her time with us. She thought she might need X-rays and even thought she was technically off work, she met me at their other location, Fishers Veterinary Hospital on Allisonville Rd. They were so good to me, they ended up keeping my kitty for 2 nights. Dr. Jen kept in touch with me, she was wonderful along with the vet techs at both locations, Katie at the front desk and the lady at the front desk at Fishers Veterinary hospital who was so kind. I wish I could have gotten everyone's name. I feel like they saved my cat. I love this place. Thank you so much Dr. Jen for taking such good care of Missy and for being so compassionate and willing to go the extra mile.”

“Not one to do reviews but NEEDED to leave one. Yes morning of surgery day was chaotic and loud but the staff handled it beyond efficiently. My pup gets very nervous and I have had to muzzle her every vet trip even had vets act intimidated of her despite being muzzled. While to be safe I did muzzle her so they could take her back when I picked her up, I saw something I’d never seen. Staff walking and petting my dog who was NOT muzzled. It brought tears to my eyes. I probably asked a million questions as I’m young and want the best for my baby. They didn’t once make me feel stupid or like I was a bother for asking so many questions after a busy day. I know this is a long review but thank you noblesville low cost for putting my dog mom heart at ease and treating my pups how you guys did. Willow and I appreciate ALL of you !”

“I recently took my two puppies to this vet and was really impressed by the great staff and service. The doctor was fantastic, and the team was super friendly and caring. I did have an issue with billing, where I was charged for the exams even though the website mentioned a free exam for new clients. However, they quickly resolved the issue once I brought it to their attention. It’s clear they truly care about pets and their clients. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vet who goes the extra mile!”
