Not sure her name, but a lady at this office (maybe Robin?) not only reached out to where it was last scanned, but followed up with me and went above and beyond to help me track down an important Christmas package. And to top it off, she was so kind and made the experience so much better!!!Now that is amazing customer service. Thank you!”

And when I retired our Post Office always had the best of the best people working there. I love to go to the Post Office and talk to the girls. Makes my day.
