May 21st 2023I went looking for a new SUV and found out that my car has a salvage title which means that it was completely totaled before I purchased it. Mind you I just paid it off for a whopping $6000 price tag. I just had repairs done on the flex pipe totaling over $500. A few weeks after buying it a loud noise started to come from under the car which was the flex pipe. After getting that fixed the check engine light came on and mind you that work was done a few weeks ago and yesterday the pipe broke again and my car is loud. I purchased my car from T&H Auto Sales in Lake Station but they also have one in Hammond. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE. I AM SO LIVID I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.Here I am a few months later & today my steering wheel locked up & a power steering message popped up alerting me that it needs maintenance. I had 2 people with mechanical experience look under the hood and couldn’t find the spot for the power steering to go. I also found out it is a Katrina car. I’m looking into lawyers now so that I can sue the hell out of them for selling a lemon car. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW UNSAFE THEIR CARS ARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I had a horrible experience there I had 4,000 to put down on a car but the young man came and told me I had to have cash money.. I got worried about tht.. I don’t carry cash I only have my card!! What car lot doesn’t take a credit card right!!

I met the proprietor Francisco who is a very nice young man.. I asked questions about the selection of cars and there was really nothing that I wanted and we just chatted and gave me some information that I needed and his business card to checkout the website and I agreed to keep him in mind...

I felt confused that the young man up the vehicle price $1000.Price of minivan $6995 plus $1000 because he said $6,995 is the cash price.Shouldn't you state that on the website?It's bad enough that he wanted $2000 down on a minivan that had way over 100,000 miles and this year and model of Town & Country Minivan is known for having engine and electrical problems.Be honest and ethical T&H Auto Sales!

I brought my car in for a $75 wheel alignment never had a check engine light on my dashboard until 10 minutes after getting my car back from the shop I lifted up my hood and found out that my oxygen sensor that's connected to my catalytic converter .. I do not recommend anybody to take a car that is over 20 years old to them or any newer car

Got a vehicle from them and I've only had it a couple months now the transmission is going out and the power steering goes out while I'm driving. Very disappointed when I was referred and heard great things..
