I took my vehicle there for engine problems !!! My problem was misdiagnosed and they refused to take responsibility for it, after doing the work that they said was needed !!! After 2 months, they informed me that I had to come and retrieve my my vehicle or pay them $2500 in order for them to show the warranty company what the true problem was !!! Cost me travel time and plane fare as I live in a different state !!! I took my vehicle somewhere else where it was diagnosed for $ 80 and and the problem was solved !!! Worst experience EVER !!!

My experience with Midwest auto care was outstanding. I spoke with a gentleman named Daily each time I called to check on progress. He was extremely personable and encouraging the work that was being done. He explained everything and asked if I had any additional concerns. I would definitely refer any friends and family to Midwest auto care, knowing that they would get professional service! Thank you Daily! and great job Midwest auto care!.

I truly regret taking my car to them. So far as customer service, that wasn't a problem. They kept me informed the entire time. However the work they did caused permanent damage to my engine. I brought it in to get a gasket fixed. That was fixed as well as my fuel pump. They had my car for a week, when I got it back the next day their was oil everywhere and my car was smoking. I paid $1,500 just for this to happen. Took it back. Supposedly they fixed it but theirs a tiny oil leak of which meant I'd have to put a quart of oil maybe every other month.
They offered me a free oil change, I took it to them to do the oil change. Since then I now have a major oil leak. I'm losing 6 quarts a month and of course they won't admit it happened during the oil change. I will never bring my car to them again. I made a mistake I'm paying for now. I'm highly disappointed and at a loss because I'm stuck with a car with major engine issues.

They saved the day! I was visiting family and had a flat tire. I tried to change it but two of the lug nuts were cross threaded.
I saw the shop recommended on my AAA roadside service app, and chose to use them. I had to delay my 600 mile trip back home to get the repairs done. The shop quickly checked out what I needed, text me estimates and told me they would have it ready by 9am the next morning. When I arrived it was still on the rack, but by 9:20am, I was on the road. Completely repaired, ready for the drive, without being price gouged.
In fact, I am writing this review from home, following the trip. I can’t thank them enough. I don’t usually do Google reviews, however, I felt this experience was worth my time to share. I would recommend this shop to anyone for any auto repair needs!

Midwest Auto Care is hands down the best in the nwi area. When I was at the end of my ropes with my vehicle. They most definitely solved the problem and they were very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend them for any of your car care needs.

I've been here a couple times and they did great work. It's a polite staff and my car was working perfectly once they finished.

Three stars cause i took my car to midwest for an oil change. They let me know there was repairs needed, two bar stabilizers and a ball and arm joint, costing around $750ish. I had to file a claim with my insurance and go to crash champions where they informed me they had no idea what midwest was talking about, that all i needed was a steering alignment which was around $160ish and now my car is working perfectly fine.
I Left three stars cause atleast the employees there was friendly, but i would absolutely encourage anyone to get a second opinion on their car needing work

A big shout-out to Katie and the boys for being super friendly and dog lovers! They gave us prompt service for 2 damsels in distress. Broken down on a road trip, got us back on the road in less than 5 hours and we are grateful! ?
