Dodisappointing. Not buy any medication from them! We were in the office and purchased Nextgurd plus for $194.99. The same day their on line store had it for $115.98. Lake Stations logo is posted on the online store. Lake Station Pet Clinic would not stand by and issue a statement credit or refund!!! This is called price gouging!! After 25 years of being a customer of theirs this was very ? disapointing. ,e feel taken advantage of.

Dr. Cooper is fantastic!! The staff and all the doctors are great!! I’ve been to different vets and Lake Station by far surpasses as a whole than any of them.

Everyone is fantastic I would recommend this thing to everyone they made me feel so comfortable and welcome and they took care of my cat right away she felt better as soon as I left there she felt better I love this place I give it 10 Stars if I could they are awesome and Hunter that took care of the cat he was awesome and the doctor was great everyone in the office was fantastic my cat slash is doing awesome thanks again....Lindsay Ridge

Always a pleasure to bring our Labrador Retriever, "Skye" in for her yearly checkup; and everyone there are very nice, from Reception, to the Veterinarians and their Pet Handlers/Assistants! Prices are reasonable, and you won't leave there feeling as if you just took a Mortgage or Car Loan Out on my pet when you check out! So, if you really want to have a great experience in getting your pet's shots or checkups...I'd look no further than Lake Station Pet Clinic! Excelsior!

The staff and doctors are all very friendly and professional. Having a specific appointment time is very important to me as it is Much less stressful on my pet. I have had three different appointments at the lake Station animal clinic and each time my pets have had A very thorough exam, and all of my questions had been answered, and I was still out the door in roughly 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic.

They take great care of our doggies. We've been going here with all of our pets since Dr. Heckler came to Lake Station decades ago. The doctors here really care.

I took my sick cat yesterday to Lake Station veterinary. She got XR and labs. I was told by the doctor that she was going to call me today with results. I called to check on her labs since nobody called me. I was notified that the doctor is sick and didn’t go to work. I asked the receptionist if she could email me the results (she did right away). I was shock when I realized that nobody asked if my cat is feeling better. After $520 bill I would expect somebody to care enough for my cat and ask if she’s doing better. I understand one doctor can be sick, but the veterinary should have a follow up system. I won’t take any of my cats again to this veterinary

This was my first visit at Lake Station Pet Clinic. My fur baby does not like new places. What could have been an uncomfortable moment for myself and Tanner turned into an excellent experience in compassion. He received excellent care and I would highly recommend everyone to take a moment and try this hidden gem.
