At least twice, I’ve had to reach out to Jerry and his team for help, in which I needed results right then and there. They have pulled through for us each time. When I purchased my home, they gave me a quote in a timely manner and the best price for amazing coverage. They’ve answered all questions and explained things in a way I understood. We are very happy we made the switch!

I was transferred to this agency after my original agency closed. I wanted to discuss my policy and put a vehicle back on my policy. I tried calling them several different times and they never answered the phone.

Go down and talk to Jerry and Kristina at Allstate in Lake Station. They will give you a good deal on whatever insurance you need. Kristina takes care of our home auto and motorcycle and does a great job. She works very hard to make sure you get the coverage you need for a fare price. My wife and I trust and now just rely on them now. And they always come through for us. Thanks.

My new choice for auto insurance. Staff is very kind, Jerry is concerned about the correct plan for you. My new rate was $50.00 per month less than my old rate. After 23years with old company, I'm satisfied with Allstate.
