Terrible service.
Whenever you go for tire repair, they will want to do anything to sell you a tire unless you have it exactly in the center of the tire. Any deviation from the center they will tell you it is side wall. It's just ridiculous.
For tire repair, go somewhere else, and by the way the tire price is almost double price.

So I stopped at this shop to get a trailer tire done on 7/11/24. I was told that it would be a 1hour & a half wait time or maybe even more. The supervisor/ manager came out of his office to help me get in & out of the door. He changed the tire & had me on my way. I really appreciate that because they were very busy.

We have a fuel return line leak on the engine, so i called and told them that we have a leak and if they can try to fix it. So they looked at it and told me that its fuel line leak and its little too big of a job for them and charged me 170 $ to look at it. I knew whats wrong with it. If you cant fix it and job too big for you dont charge people so much money. If you cant help dont charge!

My truck 2024 Cascadia wouldn't start and Boss Shop was dispatched to come and take a look at the problem and see if they could fix the issue. Even though I was parked 500 feet away, it took them over 3 hours to come. Surprisingly the technician was drunk and could not hold himself standing up. He thought the issue was dead battery and I kept telling him that I have 12.6V and everything lights up but the starter does not kick in. He went back to the shop few times, to do what, God knows. And the last time he went, he never came back. Probably passed out. And somehow he managed to break the cable to the starter and was trying desperately to convince me that he found the problem. Stay away from this place.

Place is overpriced mechanic are nothing more than oil change and tires front counter is hood af & rude there's a few other options close by use them they need to fire every one they will only do work that they can ra ck a crazy bill on

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEAM AT THIS LOCATION. IT WAS SURPRISING BECAUSE YOU DON'T SEE IT MUCH WHEN TRAVELING TO OTHER SERVICE CENTERS IN THE UNITED STATES.

Boss Truck stop took care of my flat on my tractor tire. Chad saw the issue repaired the tire right away. Wasn’t a long wait pulled right. Loretta was very professional and nice. Thank you guys.
