I have been with State Farm for close to 20 years. Ive had nothing but great service from everyone there. Dawn is always such a pleasure to speak to, both in person and over the phone. She and Bob both have always answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. They might not always have the answers at the time of the call but they always get back to me as soon as they get the answers, which is usually by the end of the day or the next morning. I give Bob and Dawn a 5 star review and will be a continued happy customer, as long as they are there. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Went up on my insurance $250 dollars due to inflation (that is what I was told). Paying over 700 a month when I was paying 450. When I inquire about it Dawn was very rude on the phone saying she had a lot to do in the office and she can’t pull the answer out if her hat, when I ask was she getting smart with me on the phone. She said excuse me you have a nice day and hung the phone up. Times is hard and for my insurance to go up due to inflation is ridiculous. The young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and nice. I dealt with Statefarm on/off for twenty years and to be treated this way is crazy.

Bob and Dawn are wonderful and very professional with helping me with various issues through the years. I have been with Bob at Statefarm for over twenty years! In ALL of those years, they have never let me down. If you are looking for a nice, professional, and a dependable insurance agent; then Bob Jonaitis is your guy. His office will not let you down! They are good!!!

Mr. Jonaitis and Dawn are amazing! They are very nice and professional. I have been insured with them for over twenty years! As many different occurances have happened in our family's life and with home; Bob has ALWAYS been there to assist us professionally and in a timely manner. I will gladly continue to refer people to his office. They rock!!!
