I am very very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered to a dear family member funeral....nothing on the description said anything about substitutions...I ordered the plants Galore because I wanted the wicker basket and flowers....if something was substituted maybe a phone call would have been nice because I would have totally picked something else....

I ordered a Shamrock plant . This plant cost me 16.00. I ordered it sight unseen and Robin specifically spoke with me on the phone and said it would be a beautiful plant and she would make sure it was.
The plant that I received yesterday looked as if it came from a Wal-Mart clearance rack. Upon calling Robin and discussing with her the issue at hand , she (Robin) basically said I was lying and said she wouldn't do anything to correct it until she spoke with the gentleman that delivered it to me.
This is NOT the proper way to handle a customer in any buisness. I will not be ordering from this place again.
I would attach a photo but there is no option to do so.

I've used Robin's Nest for sometime now delivering flowers to my parents in Michigan. When my mother passed in August, I was in charge of ordering my mothers casket spray so I immediately called Robin's Nest! Robin couldn't have arrangement a more beautiful spray! She was able to accomidate me on the colors and flowers that were Mom's favorites! It was delivered right on time before the visitation. I highly recommend Robin's Nest for all your flower arrangments! Marty

ONLY GET A STAR BECAUSE CANT POST WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST ONE.Being the only place in LaGrange for flowers, I was going to purchase a bouquet today...hours on door: Saturdays 9-12, although website states open to 1:00pm.I arrive there at 10:30 am and they're NOT OPEN! NO note on door saying otherwise, no lights, no one there!Will take my future purchased elsewhere!

We ordered flowers for a funeral. The plant was very small , a $35 basket for $98. Was very disappointed in the size. Ordered on the obituary site. Never will do that again.
