Been doing business with Billman (& Son) for 20+ years, always fast and friendly. They even came out on a long holiday weekend and filled me up once several years ago because I had run out of propane and was freezing in the winter.

We have always had a wonderful experience with Billman's. They have always been very prompt about refills - same day if necessary. Their repair service is just as great. Two of the three repair calls I've made have been handled on the same day, and the bill has always came in at less than what I've expected.

On auto refill. Let the LP run out. Came out and refilled after our call but never restarted the heating system.
