Wea Animal Hospital is a wonderful place. Dr. Jewell and her staff have always given exceptional care to our three cats over the years. Recently, our sweet
Shadow had to be put down and they handled the experience with dignity, respect, and extreme care. A few days later we received a sympathy card, signed by the entire staff. They also arranged for a clay paw print to be made, which I picked up recently. They are just awesome.

This was my go-to vet throughout my time at Purdue. The staff here rocks, and the prices are very reasonable for their services. If you're looking for a vet in the Lafayette area, Wea Animal Hospital is the place to go.

Most vets think their degree makes them a good veterinarian. Dr. Bairs experience really shines when it comes to understanding the proper health and care for dogs. As a breeder it is tough to find a vet that understands practical approaches to raising puppies and caring for pregnant female dogs. I have been to 7 other vets, she is the only vet at this clinic and in this town I would trust. Whether just going in for a check up or in need of serious care, she’s the one to call. Ask for Dr. Bair!

The doctor that saw our bunny same-day was caring and knowledgeable. The staff was great, too. We barely had to wait for a room when we arrived and check out was immediate. What a well-run clinic!

My husband and I moved to West Lafayette on March 5, 2024 with our two little Chihuahuas, MJ and Chip (pictured) plus our little kitty named Jasmine. Sadly on April 15, we had to say goodbye to Chip due to cancer and he was about 16 years old. Ten days later, we were back with the vet saying goodbye to MJ who was only seven or eight years old. Both times the doctor and all staff members showed such compassion towards our losses. During Memorial Day weekend we made the decision to adopt a dog from Misty Eyes Rescue in Avon and another during Fourth of July weekend from Almost Home. Paperwork has been left with our vet and we look forward to our new little men meeting the wonderful staff of WEA clinic.

The vet took incredible care of my tortoise. Her husband even made a little wheelchair for the poor tortoise whose hind legs weren’t working!! Tortoise now wants to go back to the spa every day, lol. Amazing vet!!

Great facility easy drive down 18th Street. Everyone was friendly and exhibited true concern over our little fur baby. I am happy and confident that our concerns are all answered.

I love WEA. My dogs are pretty anxious and the whole staff was so patient with them. They clearly really care about the animals they see. The front desk staff went out of the way to help us and the vet remembered my dogs when I called back with a question like a month later.

Dr. Bair and the staff at WEA have always been incredibly supportive and friendly. We have brought our pets here for a decade and trust them with their care. We have had two unfortunate euthanasias in the past, and the staff was so wonderful and grieved with us in our losses. Wonderful people. Highly recommend if you're looking for a vet to trust.

Dr. Jewell and the staff of Wea Animal Hospital treated me and my elderly 4-legged family member Gandalf the Grey with unwavering attention, care, and promptness. They were thorough, friendly, and took their time to answer all my questions completely. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new lifelong partner in your pet's health and happiness!
