Staff was not impolite but were incredibly unhelpful. You need to be an account manager on your Verizon account to do anything, even look at information, a process they cannot help you with in-store. I will not return to this Verizon location unless I don't have a choice.

I recently switched to Verizon and have been very impressed. The store at The Pavilions is wonderful.

Sometimes, they can't answer your questions. Called the company direct. They had the answers.
