Zach did such a great job helping us: from helping a family member from out of town trade in his phone to resolving an ongoing billing error in our account, his persistence, patience, and friendly demeanor are VERY appreciated. Zach assisted me in pre-ordering my S24 ultra, and 2 S24's for my in-laws. He did a fantastic job and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be working with him when we need phones again!
