I had to go into the store yesterday for an insurance claim on my phone. I've had issues before when I go in, if I have questions, I've been made to feel like an inconvenience. Yesterday when I went in, I was greeted by Logan, sales rep, he was very nice. Besides the insurance claim on my phone, I had several other questions, and he took the time to answer them and explain my inquiries. I didn't feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him, or his trainee, at all. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciated that. Interactions with
employees like him, makes it not so dreadful to have to go period.

Brianna Parsons might just be the best employee they have! She persevered through 8 hours of customer service and helped me get the best possible setup! She was knowledgeable, intuitive, and fun to work with. I would’ve given her 6 stars but 5 is all they would allow!!!Thanks Bri!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brianna Parsons was PHENOMENAL!!! I came in on a Sunday, and didn’t have time to make a decision that day. She was so flexible, and accommodating with me and my schedule to make sure there was no pressure but also to ensure I made the best decision for my money! We ended up scheduling for the following Thursday and she literally MADE IT HAPPEN! My 12 year old was so happy to walk away with her early Christmas present a new IPhone 14! She is so kinda and down to earth. Very personable and easy to talk to. I would/will hands down refer anyone to her. She’s THE BOMB! ? Thanks Bri!!!

Bri was the rep that I worked with and she was absolutely amazing. I have a weird work schedule so it’s hard for me to come in to the store but she handled everything. From preordering my iPhone 15 pro max to my ultra 2 and even setup. Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you again! 10/10 customer service.
