! ! ! ! BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! ! Apparently AMY ROLLET doesn’t care about real estate at all, because she lets her kids go out and vandalize other people’s property. Would never recommend a company that has a Realitor that can’t even keep there kid from vandalizing property. We will tell everyone we know not to come near true blood and we will be contacting the BBB.

We had Amanda Oakley as our agent to buy the house, that was such a great experience. We wanted a house that is very new, have a perfect location, super bright inside and high resell rate for the least amount of money. Amanda took us to houses and finally yesterday we got that perfect one.Amanda is not only very patient and friendly to her clients, but also very professional and productive.She puts her clients’ needs in the priority of her consideration. Cory Tonnsen was the first realtor I contacted when my wife and I were looking to buy a house, and we never wanted to call another one. We're first-time homebuyers, and Cory walked with us through every step of the way. We asked him lots of dumb questions (and a couple smart ones too), and he was always quick to answer with a calm confidence that routinely put us at ease. Oh, and our toddler really enjoyed hanging out with him too. Two months after calling Cory, we closed on our house. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor in the Lafayette area.

I BOUGHT PROPERTY FROM Karina Hernandez it contain 2 parcel but she only did one. I have the oringal paper stating two parcel and she send me a email stating it comes with two parcel. I try to call her she will not answer her phone she knows her mistake. I call her on my wife cell phone because she does not know her number she answered. I never got any where with her. I try to call her to straighten this matter up but she will not answer non of my phone calls.

Having had the pleasure of working with Trueblood in Fishers in the past, I had really high hopes for a recent transaction. Got redirected to a Rock? Or Brock? And was met with cold responses and lack of preparedness...shame. Taking my business elsewhere.
