“Store officially opened at 8 the person arrived 30 mins early to work and started to handle the customers right away with a smile on his face :-). Been at other places where they wait a minute past before they start working with you. He also helped place the enclosed tow behind on hitch. The only constructive feedback is the enclosed trailers need to have stands for ease of removal and install.”
“Great experience from start to finish! Ismael and Hanna are who helped me but I did meet the other guys there as well and everyone was nice! I was referred to this location by a few fb friends and my aunt who say they come here all the time. The customer service was outstanding and great communication. My rental van looked brand new it was so clean plus had a back up camera and drove great. I made sure to post pictures for my review! Ismael explained the free 1 month storage offer very well. Hanna was there when I returned the van and I appreciate her offering me a paper receipt at check out before I even had to ask! Me and my family will be a continuous customer to this location as long as the current staff are here! 10/10 for my first experience and hopefully so on. Thank you all again!”
“I was able to secure a cargo van for an out of state move THE SAME DAY. I called Penske customer service and they were able to arrange the pick up time for about an hour from the time I called. The agents were courteous and helpful. The van I got was practically new. Highly recommend giving them a call.”
