Needed some time to process my anger before writing this. I'll bullet point to keep it brief.1) Did not listen to the haircut I wanted him to have. They just trimmed him. Also nicked him in a few stops.2) Scolded me that he didn't like getting his nails cut. Expressed how much of a "pain" he was.3) Charged me for a flea bath, when he didn't have fleas. Yet refused to realize that dirt is not the same of flea poop.4) He jumped in my arms the second they brought him out, whimpering.5)Two of the people working there looked and acted like they were actively using. One of them kept slamming this poor little Maltese around while trying to dry her.6) I was originally told it was only going to be $40, and then it came out to over $60. I was overcharged for I don't even know what, when they didn't even do the things that I'd asked in the first place.Overall, very dissatisfied. Will not be taking my dog back there. I had more luck at PetSmart, unfortunately... Very happy for those that have had great experiences there, I would just read the reviews. I would also get a sense of the place, before even taking your pooch there.

I took my babies there for quite some time and then all of a sudden, my dog would refuse to go into the building. My sister took her baby there as well and he was injured, still has not had the hair grow back. I have heard from other past customers that they are not nice, which explains why when my usual loving puppy went to a new groomer he was so afraid he threw up. Now they love their new groomer. I do not recommend.

Awesome prices for little dogs, used to be 25 and now 35. This is their first price increase since I had been going there and it’s very fair. Still cheaper than anywhere in town. They are all so nice to my pups when I bring them in.

we left 2 healthy dogs and only came home with one, they killed our english bulldog by leaving in a shed in -36 weather, staff and owner can care less about your dogs it’s all about how many they can get there. i have proof from purdue small animal vet

Great place to groom your pets . For a wash a cut , nail trim . Grooming is a extremely reasonable,
Love the way it is set up where you can see your pet getting groomed .

I would not recommend this place. Very, VERY unprofessional and rude! I took my dog in for grooming and I stood at the counter for about 3min before any of the three workers even said hello. They looked at me and continued to work. I finally said "hello" and then the owner (I assume) said "we'll be with you in a minute." I stood there for another minute then she finally came to the counter. I explained what I wanted and when my daughter arrived to get him, all of his hair was cut off and they put a purple bow in my dog's hair, I assume to make him "cute" since they messed up. This place is the worst place I've seen. There's no telling how they treat these dogs when the owner isn't present. We'll never go back.

I personally love this place. I feel so comfortable leaving my pet in their care! And the lady that does my dogs hair always does such a good job, and my dog loves her...him loving her tells me how good of hands he is in.

Although the convenience may work for many. I would NOT allow my family member or loved ones to be left alone with their people here!I was recently assisting an elderly neighbors scheduling today, by taking on her house pets grooming details today.Upon walking into this facility, I IMMEDIATELY sense the tensions in the air. Not just from the animals, but MAINLY and EXCLUSIVELY from its owners/two employees, and it INSTANTLY made me feel very uncomfortable!Since my neighbor has raised various concerns and I took on representing those concerns through two pages of instructions for the workers.Their attitudes immediately resembled the ones that you would catch at a factory job, or fast food restaurant....very unprofessional in who they handle personal concerns, or conflict of interest.They INSTANTLY BOTH COPPED ATTITUDES about the written instructions, as well as my intentions of remaining on location to safeguard my neighbors concerns. I decided to step out with for a drink and when I returned....the worker was immediately returning the pet. Stating that they didn't feel comfortable with their clients concerns, and didn't wish to groom her animal for the day.The killer part about this? My neighbor is white. I am black. And I kinda intimidate people with my professional approach at representing my friends or a certain issue. I was never over barring. I didn't come off harsh. But i did voice the concerns of the paper instructions as well as the pet owner.And, isn't the customer always right?Well. Although small businesses do in fact have the right to refuse, reject, or turn down giving services to a person. This place is by far one of the WORST locations for your pets grooming and care. Me personally, I'd pay the price and drive the distance to go to PetCo., because your loved ones are worth better care....than these little mom and pop hook ups.I personally deal with P.T.S.D. So I know when I see and sense various traumas....and these people are LITERALLY traumatizing your animals once you leave them in their care!So. If you decide not to take a brother's opinion as well as advice. And you you decide to leave your loved ones with these people, I assure you this: watch the difference in their behavior after they return home. Watch how more withdrawn they become after their visit. How shaken they are, and acting weird....I promise you, I've seen my neighbors loved one doing just this.So, when they returned my neighbors pet to me without notice...I was actually saving her life. These kinds of white ghetto shops should be thoroughly inspected, investigated, and shut down IMMEDIATELY.

My experience with Tricia's dog house is usually a disappointing one I don't like how they treat my dogs dogs or myself. And I generally give people a second chance and and feel that they're just having a bad day and forgive them but but they're always having a bad day because they're just downright rude and mean. And I would not recommend them to anybody they do a terrible job at least on my dogs to do a terrible job so overall.
