“I was on an 8 hour trip, and two hours in, my car started having problems. Everywhere else in Lafayette said it would take 3 days at least to look at it, but automotive solutions said that they could look at my car that day to tell me if it was safe to drive and see if they could even fix it that day. Everyone was nice and helpful, and my car was fixed in just a few hours. It seemed like a great community with many satisfied customers, and my experience was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“I would have rated service much higher but 5 stars was the limit.
While driving back to OH from our weekend visit to Chicago, we hit a MASSIVE pothole that should be paying taxes it's so large. The tire blew to shreds and we starting planning a tire operation (ourselves; 2 scrawny ladies) but quickly realized how physically unprepared we were.
We decided to split up in our efforts, her calling insurance and I hit to Google. Roadside assistance except wait time: 2hr with a spare. Miranda's tire service answered the call! Arrived in 20 minutes, changed our spare with exceptional speed. Seriously, 3 minutes, the guys could be a Nascar pit crew, easily. We followed them back to the shop for a brand new tire exchange. Meanwhile, giving the upmost experience of customer service. The men called to check on us while we drove back to their shop and sent pictures se we'd recognize the location.
They really took care of 2 lost ladies from the buckeye state!

“Great job fixing another mechanic's mistake.
A different mechanic in West Lafayette changed my coolant. But he left air pockets in the system and caused my engine to overheat. Thankfully Firestone fixed it immediately before any damage was done to the engine. They also serviced my front and rear brake pads and drums, replaced the brake fluid, replaced my serpentine belt and tensioner, and serviced my rear differential. My 10 year old car now runs like a top!
