As a first time home buyer Jennifer and her team were absolutely perfect in every way. Jennifer worked hard to find me the perfect house and was very knowledgeable about everything to look out for. If I ever have to buy another house I will definitely work with her and her team again!

We highly recommend Matt Smith (of the Keller Williams O’Shea Team) to anyone looking to buy a home in the Lafayette area.We’re a young family (new in town) and we randomly met Matt at an open-house. Based only on our initial interaction and first impression, we contacted him and hired him as our buyer’s agent.Matt was very flexible and patient with us (first-time homebuyers) over the course of our extended search process, indecision, and flood of questions.He honored and respected our priorities, but was honest with us about important concerns we needed to be aware of. He gave good advice and made helpful recommendations but wasn’t at all “pushy”. We always felt like he was on “our team” every step of the way. Never once did we feel like we were being “sold” something.Matt was extremely accessible and prompt in replying each time we wanted to see a house or had a question, which turned out to be essential in the fast-paced climate of the recent market. We felt treated as if we were the most important clients he had.He is personable, easy to talk to, and all-around really really helpful. He’s also very knowledgeable about the area, and anytime we had a question about a specific property or the process, he either knew the answer or got the answer for us.If we need the services of a real-estate agent in the future, Matt will be first call we make.

Jennifer helped my husband and I understand the process of purchasing a new home in Lafayette. We moved from a home we lived in for over 33 years.We had many questions and concerns that she was able to alleviate for us and was in contact with our realtor selling our other home.She was always direct, informative and always respectful. This is an important concern for both me and my husband.Anytime she met with us, she would shake our hands, look us directly so we knew she had our attention and answer any of our concerns. She would always follow up.Because of this Jennifer will be successful, making your company a success.We have had other realtors that would ignore our presence, not even come close to making any eye to eye contact. Coming to West Lafayette and getting a house that fits our needs was no easy endeavor. The market here is crazy and limited in many respects, I would say. In situations like this one needs a realtor that works patiently with the clients. Jennifer O’Shea has been that realtor for us! She showed us almost every house in the category we wanted that came on the market over the past two years. Not a single time we felt she interfered in our decisions or wanted us to decide quickly. She only gave us her best advice and offered her experience on all aspects of the local market. Jennifer knew that, for some individuals, a house is a very personal thing and with this in mind she diligently worked with us with one goal: to get us the house that matches our taste and needs. Jennifer always made us feel that we were her only clients but later in the process, we learned that this hard working and highly successful realtor treats all her clients in the same fashion. Once we decided on the house to buy, she worked even harder to help us negotiate the price, get the inspection items taken care of, and kept us updated on a daily basis on the progress toward closing. Jennifer is truly customer oriented and serving the customer is both a top priority and a core value for her. Buying our house this time with Jennifer was a very different experience!
