I would NOT recommend this place for employment for anyone. The pay is terrible. The administration does not listen to their staff who are in the room constantly. They tell them they will fix or listen but nothing ever got done. Rules would change within a day, communication was terrible with the admin. When working there, you never felt appreciated or happy to be there. If I could give the place a Zero, I definitely would. I cannot forget to mention they would let teachers be out of ratio for X amount of time and barely fix it & barely had staff to fix their own problems because they would send their own staff to other sites when their own needed the help. It’s chaos, unorganized, no communication, not good overall. Don’t apply here. You will regret it. I promise that.

I heard an awful story about how they wouldn’t attend to a kid need and made him eat with distraction around him and remind you that is a toddler and they don't take distractions easily

Ignore parents concerns regarding children and are happy to dismiss complaints regarding staff. Often neglect children and lie to parents about it as well
