Room was a good size and clean with one exception (see below). Only saw one member of staff at the front desk when I checked in, one member of staff at breakfast, and one member of staff when I checked out. All 3 where nice and no complaints about them. My only concern is that the air conditioner filter in my room (415) was f-ing disguting. It was so nasty and looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year. Thank goodness the weather was cold so i didn't have to turn the a/c on. It was filthy. Why the hell do hotels charge so much for a room and can't even change a freaking filter every few months.

Room was clean and serviced as it should be. My complaint is with the breakfast setting. This brand in the IHG chain competes with Homewood suites for the Hilton Chain and the Residence Inn at the Marriott chain. Breakfast was underwhelming and what was missing that you do find at the other two chains is Fruit, potatoes, real scrambled eggs, silverware, real plates. They breakfast today was similar to the Holiday Inn Express. Step it up and represent the brand please.

Stay here while visiting our student at Purdue Sept 2023. Great location, clean rooms, great sound insulation from I65. And the best part, good old fashion Midwest hospitalityRooms: Large rooms, good blackout curtains and clean- very clean

This hotel was great for an extended stay. I personally love the kitchenette and the free laundry available. The breakfast was okay. AT one point the pool was closed but when it reopened the water was always freezing and it was an indoor pool.

The hotel looks pretty new. Nice and clean. Located right by the freeway and South Ave. Tons of restaurant nearby. The prices were reasonable. Beats staying near the campus.

If you're on the side that faces 65, it can get a little loud. Rooms have always been clean. Last visit, we could not get extra pillows for the pull out couch.Nearby activities: Mini golf is across the street, and it's located close to IU hospital.

I frequently stay in Staybridge Suites in different cities when I travel for work, but this was my first visit to this location. My room was on the side of the building farthest from the interstate highway so it was quiet. The hotel is clean and rooms are large, and well arranged for the best use of space. The beds are comfortable. There is ample storage space, and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped and I like having a full size refrigerator. My only complaint is that the food is not the same as I have experienced at the other Staybridge Suite locations where I have stayed. Breakfast is the same quality as Holiday Inn Express but with not even as many options as HIE has. This was disappointing as I had always enjoyed breakfast at the other Straybridge locations where I have stayed. The breakfast at the other locations was delicious, with many options including fresh scrambled eggs, several types of meats, salsas and toppings, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit options, fresh baked pastries and breads, an assortment of sliced cheeses, sliced tomatoes, and many other items. Everything was prepared fresh in the kitchen. The evening Social was not the same here either. At the other Staybridge locations where I stayed they offered excellent food in the evenings on a rotating basis. One day of the week would be soups and build-your-own sandwiches with fresh bread and buns, sliced meats, vegetables, cheeses, and dressings. Tuesday was taco night, with an array of ingredients to build your own tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. Excellent Mexican sides like rice, beans, and queso, prepared fresh in the kitchen. Wednesday was Italian night, and so on. And there was a salad bar every night. Beer, wine, and fountain drinks too. I had stayed at some of these locations often enough to memorize their menus, and I had thought that all Staybridge locations would be the same. The one evening Social I attended here only had two items - some chicken burritos that had been in a warmer for way too long, and the remnants of mozzarella sticks that tasted like they had been microwaved. And that was it. Very disappointing. So if you are used to the food options served in other Staybridge Suite locations just be aware that it won't be the same here. At least there are several restaurant locations very near to this hotel. A

If there were a negative rating I would give one. Faucets were falling out of the wall in the shower and off the counter in the sink. I used hotels .com to book my room, and used the pay at property option. I gave them a different credit card to pay for my room upon arrival, not the card I used at hotels.com. They scanned my card . I got home and didn't find out until a week later that they charged the wrong card. That account was then over-drafted and I was charged $432 in overdraft fees because of their mistake. When I called and explained this to them, they simply had nothing to say other than" Sorry, it didn't read the chip on the card you gave us I guess. We can switch it over and credit that card if you text or email us a picture of the front and back of your new credit card with the security code". Umm.... NO! Why would I do that? Not very professional even to ask! I said can you not take it number over the phone, and she replied no, I need the picture to make sure I enter it right. I said well that won't be happening. Then I asked to talk to corporate and she said "yeah that won't help you either because we are individually owned so it kinda stops here", so I said then who is the owner? And she replies, I won't give out that information. I said you can't or you won't, and she said "I Won't ". Something shady here folks. Beside all of this, the breakfast was scarce an hour after it started , food that was there was cold, and could not get anything g to drink except water and coffee. Juice machine was tagged with a sign that said "Out" on it. I went with my family for a weekend to visit our daughter in college. I will NEVER stay here again. Meanwhile I will be tracking down the owner some how and talking to hotels.com to try and recoup some of the $432 that was stolen from me due to one lady's negligence.

l accidentally left a valuable ring in our room but didn't realize it for about an hour after we had checked out. When we called in a panic Madison was extremely helpful. She contacted housekeeping and by the time we got back to the hotel my ring was waiting for me at the front desk. I'm so thankful for their kindness and honesty. We will definitely stay here again. Plus the room was very nice and spacious.

Just a warning about how we were duped by this hotel during a very busy weekend at nearby Purdue University. Had reservation at Staybridge Suites in Lafayette. Due to an "emergency" at hotel we were asked to change to next door budget hotel (Best Western Plus). We needed suite hotel bc of bed/room configuration so asked for two rooms at BWP. They had the nerve to charge me $392 (tax incl) for each room when I originally had one room that worked for my family at SS for $525! I ended up paying $257 more than intended. Manager promised me a room (probably not even discounted) for graduation (in 2025 or 6) - ha! Be aware - one hotel group owns a lot of hotels in this area and will move people around Willy-nilly to fill their lower end hotels. Such a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience.

Great stop for a family of 5 after a long day on the road. Clean hotel with extremely friendly staff! Comfortable beds too! Plenty of restaurants and even little mini golf course across the street from hotel! Would definitely stop again!
