I went in to get just the bottom evened out. The Idiot with blue in her hair chopped one side and the other side was longer. I have had better cuts having a student do them.

Worst experience ever. Paid 105 buck for a perm and today there is no perm at all. Stylist had to ask the other person how to do one. Kept worrying about looking at her phone and doing other things. Wish I could get my money back because that was a waste of time and money. If you don't know how to do a perm don't do them

I want to tell everyone about a stylist - Nikki. She is absolutely amazing in so many ways. Long story short: I am raising my 13 year old grand daughter; I gave persmission for highlights but she’s not old enough to bleach her ( and it will multiple times to reach the desired platinum ) Needless to say, Nikki asked me to let her talk to her and see if we can come up with a way for u both the be happy -Nikki did such an amazing job and not just the hair- the entire situation , she was able to make all of us happy!We need more stylist like Nikki- a stylist that loves to see how happy and how beautiful we feel leaving her chair!!!! ❤️❤️??Thank you Smart Style for finding a stylist that matches shaniece’s skill & work ethic.You guys just might have a power team right there! Took my son in to get his haircut and explained how I wanted it but obviously the lady that cut it did not understand me at all when she said she did and just started chopping away and by the time she said she was done my son's hair looked awful even shorter on one side than the other and she didn't even shave his neck I was just ready for her to stop cutting she was just making it worse and worse!! I was not happy and I'm sure she could tell but instead of going off on anybody I just paid and left will never ever take my son there again! All around horrible experience! And now I have to find someone else to fix it yay more money on a haircut I already paid for once!

I use the Smart Style app to book appointments. Come to find out, there is no point in doing so - although you receive a confirmation email for your appointment, it doesn't mean your appointment is booked at the salon. The salon had no record of the appointment, and when I showed the lady my confirmation email she said that it just means that I requested an appointment, not that it was made. She says it happens all the time and it's just better to call and book an appointment...Why does this location use an app that clearly doesn't work as intended? Has anyone tried to get this fixed?

Horrible customer service whoever the chick that Is currently working right now She was refusing to acknowledge that anybody was in the store there was another lady who had been waiting never got acknowledged. Me my boyfriend and my two children did not even get acknowledged not even a hey I'll be right with you. As she's holding a personal conversation. Completely unacceptable. Rude. And like I said the personal conversation was not appropriate. I wish I would have gotten her name but like I said she wouldn't even look at us. Because I would definitely be calling corporate or talking with management which I still may try to do.
