We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Number. Matty was fantastic at showing all the options and going over the features, trial period, warranty and so much more. This was a hard decision for us and we had looked at many other mattresses at other stores. Overall, we enjoyed working with Matty the best. We purchased one and are looking forward to getting it in a couple weeks.So this review is not about the product, but about the staff and evaluation experience. If you are considering a new mattresses I would highly recommend you at least stop to see what Sleep Number has to offer. All the staff seemed very nice, but we highly recommend you ask for Matty! I think this sleep number is 35….

Very bad experience. We told the sales associate we did not want a glorified air mattress, she assured us it wasn't. We purchased the bed and it was not inflating before 2 weeks. This store would not send someone out to look at it. They said it would be silly to send someone out. They wanted us to do all the work when it was obvious they had not done something correct and on an item we spent $10,000 on. I could understand if this was many months later, however this wasn’t even 2 weeks in. We live 40 minutes away from the store. Returning the item was a nightmare. Do not buy the split bed because there is no returning it. They did not return our SALES TAX (not sure they can legally do that) on the mattress and we had to pay deliver cost. I would never buy again from this company.

Sales person name Taylor are very helpfull .she answer all our question promptly and explain with us all of our expectation and the worth of what wer'e buying. She also help us finding the rigth sheets pillows and comporter that what we just exactly fneed.we enjoy our visit . She'very profesional. And freindly .her store is from lafayette,Indiana.we just can't wait for our mattress to deliver so we can start enjoy it .i heared a lot of good words how much they love theirs.

We can't say enough about our experience at our local Sleep Number store. We spent maybe 1.75 hours making all of our decisions, and we never felt rushed, or pushed in any way to make a certain decision or to hurry up and decide. It can be and it was a hard choice to make. Special shout out to Taylor who helped us through all of this, tremendous people skills, which speaks highly of the local store manager. We haven't gotten the bed installed yet, but as far as the store experience, highly recommend it!!!
