A Haven for Happy PawsSimon and Halle's Pet Boutique has been an absolute gem for my furry companion! My pup has been a regular since he was just a little furball at 12 weeks old, and the care and attention he receives there are simply outstanding.The day play sessions have been a fantastic way for my dog to socialize and burn off some energy a few times a week. I've also entrusted them with his grooming needs regularly, and each time, he comes out looking like a superstar - they really know their way around grooming shears!One of the best things about Simon and Halle is their boarding service. I was a little apprehensive at first, but their staff's professionalism and obvious love for the animals put my mind at ease. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care for a few days. The updates they provided during his stay were reassuring and made me smile.The staff here is not just friendly but genuinely passionate about what they do. Their customer service is top-notch, always going above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel welcome and valued.Simon and Halle Dog Boutique has become a second home for my furry friend, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and love they shower upon him. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe, loving, and fun environment for their beloved pets!

Our doggo has been going here since she was eight weeks, and she absolutely loves it! She is now three - we have used the day play, grooming, and kenneling. I never worry about any of these interactions and if I ever do have a concern, it is addressed quickly and kindly. We love you guys and so does Rei!!!

I had taken my dog there for a while with no issues. Staff was great, friendly and I felt really comfortable taking her there. They have really cute camps and always do crafts with the dogs, which is really nice. However, recently I started hearing some things that made me uncomfortable that had to do with how some of the staff was treating my dog as well as some other dogs as well. When I approached the staff in charge about it, they were very defensive and blamed it on my dog and how she has “no manners.” I understand that my dog is not an angel, but the whole thing REALLY rubbed me the wrong way. It was very upsetting to me because she had been going there for a while and we have had no issues whatsoever. I unfortunately made the decision to pull both my dogs from the daycare due to not being comfortable with how some of the staff treat some of the dogs, including my own.

The groomers here always do a great job with my doodle. My vet recommended them when she was a puppy, called them the doodle whisperer, so we've been with them since.

I just moved to this area, and Simon and Halle's is super close to my new apartment. I took my Jack Russell terrier here today for the first time for a light grooming (bath, brush, nail trim, etc.). The groomer did a good job with her and she seemed happy when I picked her up!That said, I was pretty disappointed with some other things about the boutique. They told me to bring proof of rabies vaccination, so I did, but they never asked for it at any point. This makes me a little worried that there may be dogs there that aren't vaccinated. I also would have liked to see a kennel cough vaccination required, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Lastly, when I arrived to pick up my dog, there was no one tending the front desk area. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. For the quite steep price, I'd expect a little more professionalism.All in all, I'm happy with the grooming itself, but I'm not sure if I'll go here again.

My big lab puppies love it here and so do we! Best groomer I have been too. (And I've been to a bunch). They are patient and kind. My pups always leave happy and fresh. Definitely recommend Simon & Halle's!
