I didn't anticipate being difficult when making my purchase, but I was. I am so sorry. But, a shout out to Juan their graphic designer. He was so patient with me as I made a few changes to the design we wanted. He has a great eye for design and was very accommodating and timely with the changes I made. I think this is the third backdrop I have purchased from Sign Art Etc and each on has been perfect. The process, the print quality, and the quality of the vinyl backdrop have all been perfect. Thank you Sign Art Etc, and thank you Juan for your help.

STAY AWAY!!! After using this company for several past events and recommending others, NEVER AGAIN. Horrible customer service by Yolanda R. I paid for expedited shipping to make sure my order would arrive in time for an event. After FedEx failed to leave the package without signature, I spoke with Yolanda who said she would call FedEx and speak with someone to let them know just to leave the package at the venue. Well, guess what? She NEVER DID. The next day FedEx made a 2nd delivery attempt, and again, did not leave the package. When I placed the order, I made it clear I needed the package on Friday, May 27. She said she left them a message, but I do not believe that because there is no need to leave FedEx a message when you can get a rep on the phone by entering the tracking. She also never called me back that day or even the next day to provide an update on my package. I actually had to call her when I realized my package would not arrive that day. When I tried calling FedEx, they told me that only the sender could make adjusts to the delivery. So I had no choice but to rely on Yolanda. When I called her, she was not helpful at all, provided no resolution, and was quite dismissive. She just wanted to get me off the phone and did not care about my business at all. Despite me paying extra just to expedite the shipping. I even asked to speak to a manager but she said everyone was gone for the holiday weekend.The end result, I had to take an Uber to the FedEx office where the package was, which is a 2.5 hour drive plus traffic (I do not own a car). Ended up paying over $400 for an Uber, so that I could speak to a rep in person at the FedEx office, and waiting an hour for the driver to come to the office to hand me my packages. Total cost for a $239 step and repeat banner, cost me over $800.I am telling all my colleagues to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS because their customer service SUCKS!

Great service! I needed a 8 x 10 foot backdrop in a hurry. I gave them bad art work and they turned it into a hit at the senior expo in Birmingham AL. Thank you Sign Art team for helping my show to be a success.

My step and repeat was perfect! Quality of banner and detail of our logo was absolutly perfect! The ordering, designing, and shipping was flawless no problem at all. I will say I got scared b/c the communication via email went cold and they were not responsive (reason for only 4 stars). But when I did get someone on the phone she reassured me of my product and shipment and everything was well. I received my item just as she said.

I order a backdrop 5years ago from them and everything turn out Great! They did a good job in the design and they had good service. However, they changed!! I ordered another backdrop and my proof looked as though he just threw something together. So i had drew it out myself and sent it to Max the designer to show him how i wanted it to look..2 weeks passed with no response from Max. I called and the lady with horrible customer service stated he can get back with me the next day...another Week pass..no response again...i called the lady told me that they were waiting on my response (which was a lie) and i just had toexplain to her what she told me a week ago! Because her additude wasn't pleasant to me i just asked for a refund! Hopefully they really send me my money back! ?

They were friendly and the turn around time was quick! The sign wouldn't fit into our car, so they ended up delivering it for us. Greatly appreciated to go above and beyond!

I can not recommend. Every step of the ordering process had to be completed twice. From placing the initial order, to approving the proof, to delivering the boxes.

I wish I could review the product I ordered from Sign Art, Etc. on Dec. 19, 2020 BUT I have not received anything as of today - Jan. 6, 2021!! I have left voicemails on their 800# and Local (765)# without any return call. I have sent emails, Facebook Messengered them, and even replied to their email requesting a Review. The only communication received (other than a USELESS Autorespond email) has been this: (Copied / Pasted from original) Thank you for your order. For a better chance of your order arriving by the date requested we suggest upgrading to next day air shipping for an additional fee of $132.39 This should have it to you be 10:30 am on Wednesday 12/23. We cannot guarantee shipping once the items leave our facility. Please complete and return the attached form as confirmation of the upgrade no later than 6 PM ET today. Thank You, Sign Art Etc 800-799-7436 181 Sagamore Pkwy South Suite B Lafayette, IN 47905 (765)449-1884 www.signartetc.com That's right, a request to spend almost as much to Upgrade shipping as the chair mat I ordered cost! I declined stating I would take my chances of receiving by 12/24/20 with my original shipping choice (which still cost $25.38) and included the description "Ground - by end of day, Residential address". When ordering, I even paid an extra $25 for 1-Day order processing to expedite the production. Frankly, if it came by 12/31 I would have been fine. Shipping (especially USPS) has been a mess this Christmas. I would say "I have never had worse customer service!", but they have not even provided bad service - there has been absolutely No Service, No communication, No reply, nor email to let me know they are even in business let alone received any one of my attempts to contact them. My assumption at this point is that it is a Sham business, a Fraud, or a Front. Take your business and money elsewhere! Sign Art Etc may not even be Legit!

My heros. I've purchased several backdrops with our logo printed on them for our video shoots. They deliver but I've also driven down to their facility in Indiana twice to pickup backdrops. They provide great quality products and are always willing to accommodate their customers.
